The room is OK, but the service of some staff is very poor. I have stayed at Roland & Chateaux many times, but this time I had two problems. First, I asked for more water, but they asked for 10 euros per bottle, which felt like a budget hotel. Second, I asked for an access card as a souvenir, but they told me no. During breakfast, the guest at the next table arrived 5 minutes late and wanted a glass of orange juice, but they told me it was out of time and they would charge for it. In short, this hotel is used to rejecting guests in various ways. Don't stay here

With a heated swimming pool, the room is superb, and the service is first-class. The price set by Ctrip is actually much cheaper than the hotel's official website. In short, this super hotel has convenient transportation. You can rent a car at the door or take a bus about 100 meters away.
