Lovely picturesque guest house run by family in perfect location for family and friends to stay. Service was amazing, food delicious. Highly recommend. Came with a group of friends for a few days, and experience was very exceptional. Each of us was extremely satisfied with rooms and provided service.

We love this very quaint, family feel private oasis of a place. Enjoyed Nikolas taverna nearby and Scorpion beach club as well. The staff were amazing and the Paraga area was surprisingly calm at this time if the early season. We absolutely love the easy access to the very nice,calm, extremely clear water down from our house.

We celebrated our friends 30th Birthday here and it was absolutely fantastic! The hotel has a great view close to famous Beachclubs like Scorpios, Santa Anna & Kalua (5 mins walk) and has a nice pool area. The host familiy is extremely friendly and we felt very comfortable from the first moment on. We would recommend this hotel to everyone, especially if you are looking for a party holiday (as the hotel is very close to the party area).

Mykonos best kept secret has got to be the Almyra guest house. 14 stunning white washed little guest houses set just off the beach. The location is perfect if you are planning on visiting Scorpios or Soho Roc House as you can park up and walk down. The traffic queues to get into these island hot spots is very heavy so to park up at this gorgeous Almyra and walk down is just the best! The accommodation itself is very chic and stylish, white washed walls, exposed brickwork, with clean and fresh white linens. Everywhere is absolutely spotlessly clean! Beautifully decorated with island ceramics and modern yet rustic lighting. Great verandas to sit and watch the world go by and listen to the sound of the sea. The sea water pool is clean and cool. The music and chill out bean bags are perfect. The wind keeps everywhere quite cool which is great but you’ve also got air conditioning in the rooms. Breakfast was a delight at the pool bar, lots of vegan options too. It’s a really gorgeous family run hotel and you’ll be sure of the most fabulous welcome from Chryssa and her dad and Achilleas. I can’t recommend this place highly enough! The prices are also very reasonable. People we chatted to have been returning for 10 years and I know why, I will certainly be back to this hidden gem! We spent a week in the Almyra’s Luxury Maisonette in early May. The maisonette was beautifully decorated and well-appointed, with a really comfortable, king sized bed. The large terrace overlooking the bay is lovely for sunbathing or just soaking up the view. We enjoyed a couple of meals in the bar, and a swim in the pool. Everything is spotlessly clean, and Nena and Takis are so friendly and welcoming. We’ll be back.

We stayed here late in the season. The property has good amenities. A swimming pool and sun bathing area, a bar with seating outside. The accommodation was clean and practical. Cleaners came in everyday and beds & towels are changed every 2 days. The owners are a lovely couple who will assist you anyway they can. We had a delightfully peaceful stay, enjoying the scenery around us, with beautiful dawns and sunsets. Recommend this accommodation as a lovely family run guest house. You have easy access to three wonderful beaches from here with Tavernas near by. In particular Nicolas Taverna at the bottom of the hill food here is exceptional. Serving fresh food from their own farms. Definitely worth a visit as on a stunning little cove with stunning sunsets. There is Paraga beach where you can find the first cove Nicolas Taverna, continue walking and turn left on the the main Paraga beach with Tasos Taverna serving good food too . From accomafation going along a short well worn cliff walk there is also Plastic each with many tavernas and bars, again a lovely beach which is the largest and busiest too There is bus stop accessible via the Paraga beach, going past Tasos Taverna onto a small car park and walk up a short hill. You can access Fabrica from here and if you choose you can travel out from Fabrica on buses to other destinations. Not forgetting Paradise beach is on a small well trodden cliff walk from the car park near Tasos Taverna. The bus also goes there from the bus stop, so very accessible. You can go into Fabrica and then get a bus to the airport as Taxi’s are very expensive. Altogether a perfect stay
