Once in Mykonos - Designed for Adults

This hotel is amazing! They really take care of all of your needs. Our room had a gorgeous view of Ornos Beach and a hot tub on our deck. Tatiana was a wonderful hostess! Ornos is a great area of Mykonos with lots of good restaurants in walking distance. I would recommend this place to anyone.

After arriving last minute (from kivotos as we had such an awful experience there) we were greeted by friendly staff for a welcome drink. We instantly knew our holiday was going to be the best. When showed our room we actually cried! It was stunning. The pool cleaner must have come around every-time a leaf fell in the pool. The staff were beyond accommodating. It was magical. The breakfast was 10/10! Shoutout to the chef for her pistachio which choc chip cookies (which once we said we liked, was left in our room every day!) the hotel and room was spotless and we were made to feel like family friends of the staff. Special shout out to Gregory, Yannis and Michael! We will be coming back in a heart beat ps. The smell of the hotel was amazing! x

Most amazing holiday ever thanks to the staff at once in mykonos. Everyone was so lovely, we were welcomed to the hotel by greggory who at first impression made us all feel so happy and relaxed there, we had unfortunately started our mykonos holiday at a not so great hotel and honestly i am so happy it started that way otherwise we wouldn’t have been introduced to “once in mykonos”. We couldn’t thank all of the staff enough for our amazing trip, we were already planning to book for next year there whilst having breakfast that’s how amazing the holiday was. The breakfast was amazing and we all now have an obsession with their pistachio cookies, staff were all amazing and so friendly and the rooms were UNREAL. Most amazing place ever, couldn’t recommend it enough. Miss it already and can’t wait for next year!

Where to start…….. This hotel has to be the nicest hotel I’ve ever stayed in and I would say I’m fairly well travelled. From arrival and the welcome drinks to our fabulous twin room with pool to the spectacular views of the harbour. The food and drinks were amazing the pool was fabulous and extremely relaxing, the cleanliness was superior and the smells of the hotel omg just walking past reception makes you want to go in. All this aside you get 5* hotels all around the world but for me it was the staff that made this hotel and our holiday special, I have never felt so welcomed and so at home as I did at Once in Mykonos. Thank you to you all, Michael food and beverage amazing this man is made for hospitality and is a wonderful man, Yannis, manager again such a wonderful man who put himself out every single day morning, noon and night to come over and make sure we were all ok and then there’s Gregory well what can I say, Gregory you saved us you saved me you are super human and we love you, please all be there next year as we are definitely coming back. Also can I just say about the pastry chef, I did not catch her name but this lady is a genius and makes pastries and cakes every morning for the fabulous breakfast, her white chocolate and pistachio cookies are mind blowing and she would bakes these for me and send them to my room seriously 5**** thank you so much. If you looking for a relaxing holiday in a fabulous location with great views and food this hotel is for you I promise you will not regret it. Toni XXX

What a place!!! Service was off the scale and location and setting second to none.. Set overlooking Ornos Beach it’s only a few minutes walk to the main drag where there are plenty of bars and restaurants, but food in Hotel was superb so I’d stay there and enjoy a few Hugo’s!!

The rooms are great. The breakfast options were fantastic. The service is exceptional! The staff are super friendly and helpful. They really go out of their way to assist. We really enjoyed our time here. Special mention to Yannis and Gregory for their outstanding service. Would highly recommend this place.

The nicest hotel we stayed in. The staff were extremely friendly and Gregory was my favourite person of all time!! They treated me and my partner like royalty. Definitely going back here. The food was exquisite. Perfect breakfast served until 11am each day. The cleaners were very thorough. The poolside staff couldn’t do enough for you. The room had the perfect view.

As soon as you arrive at this beautiful location, you are greeted by smiling happy staff. We were made to feel very comfortable and they went above and beyond to make our holiday fabulous. The pool area is stunning and so relaxing. The views are stunning too. Our 2 bedroom apartment was so clean and decorated beautifully and bathroom stocked with Jo Malone products. They also had a Spa and well equipped gym. The whole hotel is super relaxing and smells amazing. I have never met such helpful kind staff, they were all absolutely wonderful - they really made our holiday great !! Thank you, we will definitely return

Once in Mykonos is a fabulous place to stay. The rooms were clean, the location was quiet, the staff incredible and the food delicious. The first night we arrived we had the beef fillet and it was by far one of the best we have had. We looked forward to the breakfast each morning as well. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. They had reliable drivers, fun and helpful recommendations for activities and restaurants. They truly seemed like they cared that we had a great time. I would highly recommend Once in Mykonos for anyone heading to the island.
