I booked this hotel because the air conditioner in the room booked by baba next door was broken, and there was no electricity before, and the transportation was inconvenient, so I directly booked the San Marco next door.
The design of the hotel is quite good, but the service is not very considerate, especially the glasses are missing near the swimming pool. I asked the staff at the front desk and the pool bar, and when they heard that something was missing, they immediately said nothing. "Please, I just need your help to find it. I didn't say who is the thief." The hotel staff didn't even ask a question or say help to find it." Very disappointed. Although the hotel has a shuttle and a swimming pool, it is better than the baba next door, but the service quality needs to be improved. Compared with the service concept of a five-star hotel, you need to think about the guests.

When coming to Mykonos we were mislead to believe the hotels have small rooms. This lead us to be blown away by the size and comforts of the rooms at San Marco. More space than two people could ask for. The views from the hotel to the Aegean Sea were spectacular. The service was incredible. A big shout out to the two lovely ladies and the bartender who took care of us during our stay. This hotel is outside the main town of Mykonos but they have a free and reliable shuttle service that drops off and picks up from the heart of Mykonos, about a 5 minute drive. I highly recommend staying at this hotel if you’re planning a trip to Mykonos.

Hotel rooms were spacious and delightful. Amazing pool and the views are outstanding. Excellent service and shuttle service that runs back and forth all day. Nothing compares to this gorgeous spot. The weather in May was perfect. This is a must stay so book now.

Hotel was great, staff excellent! Beautiful location - quiet with a view. Food a little on the expensive side, especially as you are away from the main town, so options are limited for you. There is a regular shuttle service to the main town which is great and makes it easy to go in.

Excellent location, peaceful, kind and helpful staff, had a great stay, right across the beach, perfect serving of breakfast helping us start our day with lots of energy. Hotel staff was always around and recommended great places to visit making our stay even more exciting. Will surely visit again

Beautiful hotel, super comfy rooms, friendly and attentive staff! The shower pressure is great, which is important if you shampoo thick hair. Rooms are bungalow type, so you do t have to hear your neighbors snoring or flushing in the middle of the night. They even drive you to your room, if you don’t want to walk. They have a shuttle service that runs every 2-3 hours that takes you to and from town. I didn’t want to leave! Thank you to the staff for spoiling me!
