Rhenia Hotel

This is a beautiful hidden gem. A small and friendly hotel with stunning views lovely genuine owners who are so friendly and helpful. Perfect location away from the hustle and bustle of town which can get busy when the cruise ships come in, but with such easy access over to Mykonos on the sea buses, only €2 each way and go every half an hour up until 6pm then on the hour until 11 pm at night, we loved these and went on them daily either in the day to wander around the amazing streets, stopping at cafes, Little Venice is gorgeous as are the Windmills,or later in the evening to eat they only take about 20 minute, it was a special part to the holiday .It is a 5 minutes walk down a steep hill from the hotel to the harbour and port where you will also find some great restaurants and a couple of small supermarkets. You can also walk left up a hill and down to a beautiful beach, you can rent thick padded sun beds with an umbrella and table for €20 a day. Our room was spotlessly clean with a huge king size bed which was extremely comfortable we slept so well. There is every think you need in the bedrooms, Air-conditioning, television, USB sockets,kettle, fridge,hairdryer, slippers, towels, toiletries. There is a nice swimming pool with ample sunbeds and towels provided. A bar area which you can also get pizza and toasted sandwiches at lunchtime if you don’t want to go out. Breakfast was absolutely delicious with Greek yoghurt, feta cheese, tomatoes ,olives,spanakopitakia, tiropitakia ( savoury Greek Triangle filled pastries) dried fruits, fresh fruit, bacon sausage egg, cereal,walnuts, cheese, ham, croissants and sweet pastries, coffee, juices everything was delicious. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend. Thank you for an amazing time ＜＞＜

stayed here on a tour .. it was just wonderful..come and homey .. everyone so friendly .. rooms well kept neat and clean .. relaxing especially liked our view and getting to sit on porch reading !! breakfast was perfect .. enough choices for anyone ..

An excellent hotel for 3*. It was €36 from the airport in an Uber. It is a 10 minute sea bus ride from the old port. These boats are every 30 minutes & in my opinion better than the public bus as an alternative. (Both options are €2 each way). There are 2 very good tavernas 5 minutes down the steep hill on the main road where we ate for our 3 nights. Our bungalow had a small terrace with a beautiful sea view looking over to mykonos town. Spotlessly clean. Breakfast was fresh with all the usual continental options. The service was lovely, personal & you can tell it is a family run hotel. We got such a warm welcome. A special thanks to Anna on the front desk for help around our delayed ferry & to the lovely Elise at the pool bar (who doubles up as the evening porter!). Such lovely, attentive people. I would strongly recommend here if you would like a good value mykonos hotel with a pool & away from the party life but close enough for day trips & exploring. Thank you Rhenia!

This hotel is a little treasure, only a 5 minute water taxi ride (which I thoroughly recommend) to the heart of Mykonos, but just far enough away to escape the hustle and occasional madness of the centre, especially when the cruise ships hit port. The hotel is family run and we were made to feel really welcome throughout our seven night stay. Nothing was too much trouble and there was always someone on hand to give assistance and advice. The rooms are large, spotlessly clean, with comfortable beds and quality linen. General facilities are what you would expect to find in a hotel of this standard. We also had the most stunning sea views from our private balcony. The pool area is very clean, pretty and well managed, with supplies of fresh towels. Towels are also provided for trips to the beach. The grounds are attractive and well maintained, and also benefit from the wonderful sea views. The breakfast is of high quality and plentiful. They do not serve lunch or dinner, but snacks were available and there are two excellent restaurants a short walk from the hotel. We absolutely loved Rhenia! This beautiful property ran by the most beautiful family enriched our Mykonos experience! The property and rooms are immaculately clean and the views are amazing! By the end of our stay we had bonded with the property’s pets and felt like family. I wouldn’t dare return to Mykonos and not stay at Rhenia!

Amazing hotel with super helpful & gracious staff! The property and rooms are beautiful with an incredible view. Additionally, it is only a few minute walk to some great restaurants and the port. We will definitely be staying here again once back in Mykonos!
