This villa and property was nothing short of exceptional. We realized when we got to the airport that we didn’t set up an airport shuttle, we called the villa and and Nikos (the property owner/operator) was at the airport within 10 minutes to pick us up. The rest of the experience was just as amazing. Nikos provided us with an extremely detailed understanding of Mykonos town, where the best spots were, and a map he created to detail for visitors. He is always waiting to help service guests and make their experience the best it can be. The villas were incredible as well, very clean, spacious, great bathroom/shower and lovely views. Nikos and his family were such wonderful hosts and I wouldn’t stop at recommending this to everyone traveling to Mykonos.

I enjoyed a relaxing few days here, perfectly located near the beach and walkable into town for everything you could need, the local area is away from all the other tourists which is nice and peaceful. The whole area is very hilly so be prepared to walk steep paths and lots of steps to get places, although I enjoyed that, added to the adventure. A big bottle of water was provided for me on arrival as well which was useful, the room was cleaned daily and the AC worked well. I had no issues or concerns during my stay whatsoever. I would stay again for sure :)

Alex and Niko very nice. Guided us through public transport kapari beach is secluded and lovely. Walk to downtown is 10 minutes picturesque walk (100 steps). Very very windy and only few beaches not windy. Unlike Santorini or Crete not that much to do. Non windy beaches super crowded. Sunsets gorgeous like all other islands

Loved our stay at Villa Margarita. The rooms are spacious, clean with a nice outside seating area to have breakfast. The views are fabulous and the villas are conveniently located at about 10 minute-walk to town and Little Venice. The bus stop is located near as well. The owners are very friendly and helpful. Nikos made great recommendations on places to see and visit on the island. Highly recommended hotel and a great value for your money.

Excellent stay. Very accommodating and friendly staff. They helped sort out car rental and shuttles on short notice. Also, provided great recommendations for the island. Would definitely stay again.

Myself and my wife booked a nights stay at Villa Margarita after returning from various Greek Islands. I aranged a trasfer from the Mykonos New Port to the Villa via email for 20 euro, which for Mykonos is a very good rate. Our room was extremly nice and comfortable, everything we needed inc a kitchenette. The location is on the top of a hill with fantastic views of the town and the cruise ships. The owners are at present building a swimming pool which when built will have fantastic views. There are various high end resturants close to the villa or its a resonable walk into the town. Extremley helpful family who own the villa and made us feel so welcome during our last nights stay.

Brothers Nikos and Alex are the nicest guys you'll ever meet. Alex picked up from the airport and Nikos spent almost 10+ minutes running us through everything to do on the island, gave us a rundown of what to do, where to go and what not to do. The lay of the land was helpful. . The accommodation itself was superb. Best location on the island. Close to the beach, a short walk to the busy old town. We loved it. Views were out of this world. Can't recommend this place higher. The breakfast is well worth it as well. Filled us up for the days activities. Book it in. Thanks from New Zealand :)

Our stay at Villa Margarita was amazing!
Nikos and Alex were so welcoming from the moment we checked in until we checked out.
They helped with everything we needed, and gave great recommendations
The room was very clean and comfortable, the town is about 10-15 walk and far away enough to enjoy peace and quiet.
The beach is a 3 minute from the place.
I’d recommend this place to anyone!
