This is truly a five star resort. The service is beyond superb. Glykeria was very welcoming and warm, she was very informative of places to go and things to do. The bartender made delicious welcome drinks. Jamil provided excellence service during dinner. The resort had an incredible sunset view. Nana prepared the most delicious breakfast and was extremely sweet. This was truly a five star experience. Everyone there was great, unfortunately I didn’t get everyone’s names. It was impressive to see how attentive they were to every detail, including decorating our room with flowers and balloons for our wedding anniversary. I 100% recommend this hotel.

I had planned to take my granddaughter to Mykonos for her graduation from high school in May 2024. We had a terrible family tragedy occur and could not go so I postponed it until May 2025. Due to the tragedy, we are unable to make this trip. We had put $3000 down in prepayment. I have asked for a refund for myself and my daughter in law $1500 each. I am very disappointed in this hotel that they have not yet refunded my monies. It has been two months and they are still reviewing it. I would not book here unless you are sure you can go. M. Excellent! The property is amazing and has shuttle from the airport. The place is really fabulous and the design is very unique. Architecture blends well with the landscape. It has a lot of potential. Lots of things to do in Mykonos and the team is very professional.

We just enjoyed the most wonderful stay at Alissachni! The hotel staff couldn’t do enough for you and the setting is simply beautiful. We ate in the restaurant 3 times during our stay and it was some of our favourite meals of the holiday. The jacuzzi in our suite was perfect for this time of year - the main hotel pool was too cold to get in, but we thoroughly enjoyed an evening dip in the warm jacuzzi overlooking the sea and incredible views. The hotel is a little out of the way up a winding road but it’s worth it for the amazing views and still only a short drive to everywhere. Highly recommend this hotel!!

The property is beautiful. However, there were some gaps in customer service. Maria, the girl at the front desk was responsible for both instances- she messed up our pickup from the airport and she messed up our drop off to town. Maria actually told us that the driver of the courtesy van was too busy to drop us whereas we found out that he had actually been doing absolutely nothing!!! Then, Maria pretended to be very helpful to us by volunteering to make dinner reservations for us- her recommended restaurant was one where we had useless food at a hyped tourist trap kind of place. I suspect she might be getting a kickback for referring people there. The restaurant staff and Hector, the driver were very attentive and polite. The property is beautiful albeit difficult to get to- one has to get a ride to go anywhere.

Very nice hotel in a quieter area - Rent a car. The hotel driver and restaurant staff were great but the front desk staff was incompetent and didn't care. It was like the attitude at an exclusive club. Twice they told us that they'd made or changed a reservation but when we arrived at the restaurant, the hotel had done nothing. No apologies, just shrugs. Room was fine but very narrow. With no warning, the guy who cleans the room's pool was outside our door at 8 am while my wife was changing.

We can only recommend the hotel. We enjoyed it very much there and were positively surprised how accommodating and cordial the team was. The view is perfect and even though it was already a bit cold to use the large and stunning pools we could relax in the sun and enjoy the view. The breakfast has everything you could want and the team cares lovingly for their guests. The beds are good and rooms are large. The room service is coming when you want and if you need some extras (we asked for more water) you will get immediately. little hint: the connection with Lufthansa from Munich is quite relaxed to arrive and depart.
