The staff is so rude and not helpful! Asked them for paper bags and they said we dont have, tissue they said we dont have and 5 of my cigars disapeared from my cigar box in the room. Called the front desk they said sorry but our employees are with us scince 4 years! Very bad experience!

What to say, just perfect. Relaxing atmosphere, staff friendly and really helpful. The room was pristine and well serviced, the view is to die for ,both day and night time; we also really enjoyed the hot tub in the little veranda. Perfect spot , away from the busy area but in 10 minutes on an ATV you could be everywhere around the island. Romantic view from the bar, which was right outside our room and really friendly barman that looked after us during our staying. The perfect romantic escape with affordable prices ! We surely be back !!

Visited here with my partner and stayed for a week in one of the Villas. Everything was immaculate and the views are absolutely beautiful. Staff are so attentive, friendly and helpful. I’d highly recommend and it is one of the best places we have ever visited. It was an amazing holiday!

A really beautiful brand new hotel, great location, superb reception staff and the rooms are fantastic. Very highly recommended! We loved our private pool area. Definately our favourite hotel that we stayed in on our trip.

We recently spent 4 nights at Arcs Boutique Villa from 7-11 May, surrounded by beautiful views and owned by the loveliest people, it definitely makes it the best place I’ve stayed in. From the first day to our last, the staff couldn’t do enough to help us, they were friendly, generous and kind and always willing to fulfil any favours we had! We got an upgrade to a somehow even more stunning villa with beautiful views, a hot tub and a pool, the villas were in pristine condition and were exceptionally clean. There was a kitchen space with a fridge and a hob/oven which came in handy for making our own food. Complimentary breakfast was included every morning with the opportunity to choose as many options as you wanted, which we definitely took advantage of as the food was absolutely delicious. This was in a perfect and quiet location with only a 30 minute walk to Mykonos town or an 8 minute taxi ride. We were sad to leave this amazing place and amazing people, will definitely be returning for another visit soon. Highly recommend staying in this wonderful place and a massive thank you to all the staff at Arcs who worked hard to ensure we enjoyed our stay, we shall see you again next year! È stato un soggiorno indimenticabile! Buona la pulizia, appartamenti moderni e posizione ottima! Ma la cosa più bella è stata la piscina privata! Non ha eguali! La camera dispone di tutti i comfort, cabina armadio, lavatrice, ferro da stiro! Ci ritorneremo sicuramente!
