Hotel was unspectacular. The room and sheets seemed dirty. Really booking just for convenience

Let’s start ….. visited Mykonos twice in the past and thought first class in every way thus keen to return with my daughter. previously paid a premium willingly …. affluent, sophisticated … my kind of place, and had such an enjoyable holiday. arrived in Mykonos a day late via Düsseldorf …. firstly noticed that for one reason or another my accommodation rate had increased c £250 …. for a 4 night stay … accommodation was perfect …. felt safe …. increased rate a little concerning but didn’t want it to cloud holiday…. moved on to Paradise Beach club for two night break ….. total rip off …. extortionate price for room with a view …..(see photos) c£130 per night ….. in addition had a drink of water and experienced stomach cramps snd was bed ridden for the first eve …. …. wi-fi kept breaking up…. ….. when arrived popped down to Beach at 2pm … sun bed guy asked for 25 euros a sun bed excluding umbrella! … ….. can’t wait for the 2nd day ….. really upset ….

The bad reviews are laughable. There are 2 amazing clubs with parties from 4pm-2am everyday and u expect it to be quiet? The staff is helpful & friendly. The rooms are nice for the location. I never want to leave

Old hotel, which strongly needs a facelift. Aircon is weak, cleaning is not great, to say the least. Check-in staff is everything but welcoming. Sun beds are cheap and service there is bad. Only for party goers who don't get to bed before 2am as the basses from the music are very loud. Clearly never again.

To begin with, all the staff of the whole resort was absolutely rude and unprofessional. We were literally kicked off the beach by a member of staff for putting our belongings on the sand and not in their hammock, while he shouted at us and hit our belongings. We were not given any facility where we could leave our luggage after the check out until the time of our flight (from 12am to 12pm) and we were forced to pay 200€ for an extra night just to have our suitcases save. The food of the restaurant was awful, as well as the breakfast, having been sick a few times after having lunch there and pretty expensive for what it was. Finally and most important, it was dirt EVERYWHERE you looked around, bugs in every single corner and spots in the bed, blanket, curtains and pillows (see photos attached). We didn’t even had our room cleaned with the beds made any single day. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone in no way. It should be ilegal to provide this kind of service.

What an excellent resort particularly for young people. We had booked 3 double luxury rooms. Excellent views , excellent service and the resort is in the middle of where the action is for the beach bars. A huge thank you to Angelo’s and Petros and Marietta. Thank you to all staff at the restaurant Alexandros and colleagues . Very good property.

One word NASTY. Roaches in the rooms, ac barely worked, and facility was overall dirty. Rooms very outdated. Worst place I have ever stayed. Also ants in the room too. Worst experience in all of Greece or better yet the world.
