It's a fantastic hotel with super friendly and helpful staff. They are always there for you. The breakfast is fine, but so is the evening meal. The only thing is that you are relatively far from the surrounding cities, so a car is a requirement.

My overall experience at the property could have been positive, but it was significantly affected by the behavior of the manager. He came across as extremely manipulative, unprofessional, and completely unfit for a leadership position. There was a noticeable lack of respect, both toward the staff and, indirectly, the guests. The general atmosphere felt tense and uncomfortable, largely due to his attitude. It's unfortunate, because the rest of the team seemed genuinely dedicated and hardworking

Very nice hotel, clean, good location between. Chora and Ano Mera, therefore not far to the beautiful beaches. Rich and very good breakfast, warm buffet changes daily. Nice and previously arriving staff, especially Dimitris, Xristos u. Galina stands out with her friendly nature. Doris&Thomas

On first impressions driving towards the cement mixers isn’t good, however the hotel it’s self is well presented and clean. The swimming pool is absolutely freezing and you are unable to get in, due to this, we upgraded to a hot tub suite. The hot tub water is also lukewarm and the hot tub was dirty and didn’t have enough water in. The staff llliana and Johanna were amazing and a credit to the hotel, however, we had some issues with the reception staff. I was offered a discount to return but unfortunately it’s not for us. The breakfast was also very basic, and didn’t have English tea bags. Dinner was good but limited menu.

Very nice hotel,not overcrowded and the staff were very helpful and friendly,Mikey the hotel Chef was exquisite and the bar staff Tomas,Marinos,Joanna&Eliana were very accommodating and always attentive and polite,The receptionists were also very helpful with any questions and extra arrangements.The food was delicious and plentiful considering we were half board which meant we had to buy our own drinks but this did not matter as our stay was comfortable and pleasant,the rooms were well maintained and modern with a lovely touch of Greek design including all modern amenities like a fridge,hairdryer,decent shower cubicle and wash basin,air con and access to patio or balcony.The price was reasonable and the hotel staff worked constantly to ensure they kept a good standard for all guests,the pool area was smaller than most but very practical with a lovely waterfall feature,great views from the hotel of the surrounding mountains and villages,fresh towels everyday and plenty of sitting areas Thumbs up from us!

A clean and well-kept boutique hotel. Which for me is an important thing. Varied breakfast but if you stay for a longer period it may be repetitive Indeed, if you stay at this location, you will need a means of transport (taxi or rental car), but considering the size of the island, the distances between the locations are not very large. Friendly and helpful staff. Many thanks to Marinos, who is the bartender, a particularly helpful man with whom I even formed a friendship, a person who solves any problem you have and recommends many good locations in Mykonos. Keep up the good work my friend Marinos. All in all, I recommend this location and I will probably return if I return to Mykonos.

Kalimera We just went another year to Mykonos. I think everyone would agree that Mykonos reached a level of dirtiness (garbage everywhere, bad roads, no canalization) and price explosion like no other destination in the world. The family controlled island just take the billions € for their own pockets without reinvesting into a better island. Tourism went down by +20% this year, last year by +30%! We found this Family owned Ftelia Boutique hotel by chance and tried it the first time after 9 times in another one. I must confess that I did not expect that level of luxury while booking. After arrival we were splashed by the clean reception, super friendly staff and charming room with big shower, nice colors and super comfy beds paired with a welcome drink. The pool side is elegant, with discrete shower and again very clean. Notably to say try the signature drinks from the pool barman, just Amazing! The breakfast is big too, fresh and elegant. All in all 5/5 stars. Thank you for your services, we come back.
