We stayed there during the summer - what a waste I would consider going to the Myconian or other higher-end hotels in the island. They are clearly not set up for prime time. Highlights - they gave our room by mistake to a different member - the room given to us - AC not working, the bath was dirty no internet etc. They tell us they have no room to sleep and finally found us a side room where the AC also didn't work. We then went back to our original room the next day and were promised that at a minimum they would refund our first-night stay. After going back on their word, i had to involve Amex who got it done. Not only is the service poor they are not to be trusted. Go somewhere else.

Stunning views, unique pool, incredible instagramable corners, 5* food and privacy when you need it. It is one of the most instagramable hotels in Mykonos, with countless beautiful corners especially when taking the steps to the beach.. I loved the sense of luxury but also the feeling of being welcome and at home by the staff and the owners. We had a great sleeping experience, it is very important to us and were lucky to attend a live art creation event & exhibition in the gallery.. Last but not least, the food..!!! I knew that dinner at Namah restaurant was a must but honestly it was above any expectation! we will be back..!

It was an amazing experience. Dimitris and his team was amazing all the time. The pool has a very beautiful view. I recommend this hotel. Very good quality in everything The restaurant was very nice with a very nice view as well. I will repeat soon as i can If you to Mykonos stay at kivotos hotel

If I could give a 6-star review I would. These guys truly know how to run a hotel, everything was above expectations! Amazing place with a wonderful pool overlooking the sea, super friendly staff, wonderful environment… a great experience overall! Highly recommended and will definitely come back

We have resently visited the Kivotos Hotel in the beautiful island of Mykonos. We are impressed by the quality and hospitality. Starting from the top management to the last member of the chain we met wonderful staff. Our special thanks to the general manager, the front office manager dear Konstantin Papikas whom we consider a friend now. Another special thanks must go to the pool bar staff, who pull 12 hour long shifts but still serving the guests non-stop. Dimitris among them definitely stands out as a true professional whom we happen to get to know during our one week stay. Thank you Dimitris and the bar crew for everything you have done for us. You have made us feel at home. I would recommend this hotel wonderful hotel for everyone. Hope to come back here at another time time for another wonderful vacation. Thank you Yigit Tavukcuoglu

+ Very nice hotel with great view Stylish rooms (suite sea view) very good breakfast - Rooms are all of different design and can be inequal in terms of set up Not sunset facing Slightly understaffed at the pool Reception staff can be more helpful. I understand that bookings start at 3pm but if the room is available earlier, I guess there is no harm in handing it over before. Had to ask multiple times to get earlier, nothing was done to check. I even checked myself with the cleaning lady and the room was available, yet reception waited until 3pm to hand it over. Sounds a bit petty.

I stayed at Kivotos Mykonos and Santorini and both were exceptional! Everything from our room, to the food, service, and ocean views was truly a 5 star experience. I was here with a friend for a week in July of 2024 and I cannot wait to come back. Highly recommend staying at either or both locations. The staff is friendly, informative & so helpful with everything you may need to make your trip more comfortable!

Short stay in Mykonos, stayed at Kivotos. Ultra luxury but understated , excellent location , views and private ocean cabanas that where placed right in the ocean. Staff incredibly helpful , special mention to Dimitris who made our stay extra special.
