Great hotel. The staff was really friendly, they helped me a lot. İ enjoyed the breakfast and the room was really nice and cozy. Respect to the people who work here in this difficult time. Absolutely coming here again and hoping that soon the restaurant will work.

This hotel clerk lied & refused to service even *ONE LOUSY cup of hot water and elementray lie about he did not understand *what is hot water* in English; yet, he understood English perfectly before than. **Chilling & worst of all, when I was ready to check out, the male desk clerk, must be supervisor, added that I drank 2-beers, when in fact I have been non-drinker, non-smoker all my life! My tour manager paid very small amount, I could buy 2,000 bears easily with dollar conversion, just let me check out; if I had disputed, he would tell hotel employees to put two-empty beers in my room and called police saying I refused to pay. That is how Reikatz treated me, American, and when I wrote for explantion, never bother to reply! Given horrible, the worst possible service, if you can call that as service for refusing to give one cup of hot water, spine chilling accusation, dirty lie, that I drank beer and the male desk supervisor *conviniently never present when I was ready to check out! Given this fact, I would very much discoaurge anyone, esp. fellow Americans, to seek out this hotel for their stay!

Всегда люблю останавливаться в данной сети отелей. Николаев не был исключением! Отличные номера, удобная кровать. Вкусные завтраки с отменным кофе! Удобное месторасположение! При следующем визите в Николаев, с большей вероятностью мой выбор снова остановится на данном отеле! Рекомендую этот отель в Николаеве,очень остались хорошие впечатления о нем. Персонал вежлив и приветлив,всегда старается решить все вопросы которые возникают

Приехали с Кривого Рога в командировку, отель Николаева очень удивил своим расположением у реки. Номера хоть и маленькие, но очень уютные и комфортные. Пробыли 3 дня, сервис на высшем уровне, вкусная еда и хорошее обслуживание. В округе очень тихо и спокойно

Очень рада, что отель опять работает. Это всегда был любимый отель в Николаеве. Очень приятный персонал, который всегда готов помочь с любой проблемой, особенно девочки администраторы. Последний раз очень порадовали завтраки - все ооочень вкусное и свежее, большой выбор.

Несмотря на все трудности, которые были в недалеком прошлом, отель функционирует и радушно принимает гостей. Я была приятно удивлена тому, как тепло меня встретили на ресепшене, насколько комфортным было мое, пусть и недолгое, пребывание в отеле. Персонал вежливый, завтраки вкусные и сытные. Номер теплый и чистый, с прекрасным видом. Обязательно приеду еще не один раз и буду рекомендовать своим знакомым. Спасибо персоналу отеля за их работу!

Останавливался в этом отеле во время командировки и остался приятно удивлен качеством сервиса. Персонал отеля приветливый и любезный. Номер просторный и чистый, хорошо оборудован для комфортного отдыха и работы. Особенно порадовало наличие удобного рабочего места – для работающих в дороге это большой плюс. Интернет работал стабильно и быстро. Еще одним приятным бонусом стал красивый вид с балкона на реку.

Хороший отель за свои деньги,номера класса стандарт удобные.Из окна открывается красивый вид на реку. Персонал приятный и приветливый Шведка очень понравилась. На ресепшене встречают с улыбкой,всё доступно объясняют.Бесплатная парковка с видео наблюдением,что не мало важно.
