Mutzig rather small enveriment beautifull, easter decoration is nice around the small villages thank you the night officer was not quick there to open the doors tip a code on the doors or an acces with your room card

Good hotel with friendly staff. Breakfast buffet is good, as well as the restaurant. Hotel is located in a quiet village in the Elzas wine area, near the wine route with nice little towns. Strasbourg is close by.

Lovely hotel. Only reason I didn’t give it 5 stars is because I felt a little put out at our treatment or lack of in the hotel restaurant. We were the only brits in a room full of Germans and French. Every single other table were brought a basket of bread whilst waiting for their food and given a free dessert at the end of their meal, even if they’d already had a dessert like we had. It unfortunately marred my stay a little.

Accueil chaleureux, personnel professionnel et attentionné — un vrai bon point ! La chambre était impeccable, propre et confortable : rien à redire de ce côté-là. En revanche, petite déception sur le menu « soirée étape ». Le choix était assez limité et peu adapté : moi qui ne mange pas de fromage, les samoussas au munster étaient difficilement envisageables. Heureusement, la serveuse a réagi avec beaucoup de gentillesse et m’a proposé une excellente soupe de butternut, un vrai régal ! Pour le plat principal, la blanquette de volaille m’a laissé sur ma faim : portion légère, viande effilochée (étrange pour ce type de plat), et un riz au romarin malheureusement sec et sans saveur. J’ai eu l’impression d’avoir eu un reste ou un plat simplifié, peut-être prévu pour le groupe de seniors présent ce soir-là. En dessert, la panna cotta à la mandarine était une belle idée de saison, mais le coulis semblait plutôt à l’orange — dommage, car le concept était bon. En résumé : un très bon accueil et un cadre agréable, mais une offre de restauration à revoir pour les soirées étape. Et oui, je suis resté un peu… sur ma faim 😅
