DO NOT STAY THERE! OWNER DID NOT CONTACT ME FOR A REFUND AND WHEN I CONTACTED HIM HE HUNG UP IN MY EAR! Upon arrival we were asked to check the room to see if the beds were made and we had fresh towels which there were. But when we brought our bags in we noticed the state of the room which was so unclean and disappointing. I have attached some of the photos for your reference so you can follow up with your cleaners. The place looks so nice and clean on the outside but the room was inexcusable. Please provide me with a refund. I did leave a note on the sink but am wondering whether the managers received it. Some of the following needed attention: All ceiling fans / exhaust fans full of dust and dirt. Fire blanket cupboard was dirty and had someones old hand cream in it. The bedroom side table lights had not been dusted and were not working. Electric blanket was not folded and hanging down from top shelf in Bedroom cupboard. Face cream sitting in side table near bed. Carpets were stained and not vaccummed. Hair all over couch Tables in lounge had crumbs and dust all over them. Front door was filthy Air con / Heater did not work properly and sounded very loud. Think it is broken. (We froze the night- there were no spare blankets in the cupboards) Dishes were still in the dishwasher that was not unpacked Dish cupboard was unclean Cultery draw was stained and unclean Fridge was unclean Kettle had dirty splash marks all over it. Kitchen power point was all greasy and broken Light shades were full of insects No battery in clock Tea, coffee and sugar bowls were all dirty and not filled.

A one night stay Property easy to find on the Singleton Road. Easy check-in and parking. Overflowing rubbish bins and piled up laundry a bit off putting. Traffic and machinery noise throughout night. Not ideal for light sleepers. Aldi and fast food within walking distance

The negatives: The floors were dirty, our feet were basically black when walking around. Underneath the beds had rubbish and items leftover from previous guests. The lock on the front screen door wouldn’t work. The microwave didn’t work either. The positives: beds was very comfy. Heaps of blankets, plenty of towels. The fridge and kitchen was very spacious and clean. The staff was very helpful and provided us with some dishwashing liquid and dishwashing tablets as requested. And when we asked for a later check out, the staff was very helpful in allowing us to stay an extra hour till 12. Overall I would definitely stay here again. It was very close to coles and a service station.

Inside the unit looked clean enough but on closer inspection there were multiple stains on the bedspread and pillowcases (which were very standard) considering it was supposed to be a Deluxe room. I slept on top of the bed on a towel. The TV remote felt sticky to the touch and wasn't clean at all. The bathroom was very outdated, the bath towels were small, and soap dispensers were empty although complimentary soap was provided. Showers running in other rooms were loud and annoying to have to listen to at 5.30am. I have stayed at this motel years ago and it was really good, but I have heard it has just changed owners. Don't recommend at all especially for the price.

Staff on reception were nice, helpful. Bed linen clean, beds comfortable but overall place could have been cleaner. Lounge chair in our room was filthy, chairs outside broken, full ashtray on our verandah. Some Workers staying at property inconsiderate regarding noise of vehicles
