This hotel was lovely and the rooms were inviting. The location is great for exploring the small town and the cliff dwellings nearby. My experience here was not as great as others since I got food poisoning in their restaurant which confined me to the room for a few days. The staff was helpful in that they brought me watermelon and fruit to eat while I recovered. The hotel provided 2 complimentary waters each day. The only suggestions I would have for this hotel is to fix the air conditioning and have a working refrigerator as ours was not even vaguely cold. Also, the cost for laundry was 20$ USD for 1 pair of leggings, and 3 underwear,

We stay 2 nights at these hotel. Thr hotel is very beautiful and clean. Environment is very cosy and breakfast is simple but delicious. Owner is very friendly and helpful. They care of their customer very much.

Breakfast was phenomenal and delicious. Staff are so welcoming. Rooms are new, comfortable, and spacious. Awesome hotel located a short walk from the small shops and restaurants. The hotel's courtyard and rooftop are wonderful spots as well.

Kız kıza çıktığımız kapadokya tatilimizde tercihimizi Nujel’m hotelden yana kullandık ve çok memnun kaldık. Otelin konumu, odaları, temizliği her şey çok güzeldi. Kapadokya gezilerimizde mutlaka tercihimiz yine burası olacaktır. Tekrardan teşekkür ederiz ☺️

The hotel is newly built, and the facilities are excellent. Hospitality is mind blowing, the rooms are uber clean, the people are so nice and welcoming that after a point you feel treated like a royal family. I will share my opinion on another issue instead of this excellent hotel itself. The personnel and especially the owner of the hotel are wonderful people. The owner of the hotel announced in February 2023 that his hotel is available free of charge for the people coming from the region that earthquake happened, which is 4 hours away by car. Hotel provided accommodation, beverages, breakfast and dinner to above-mentioned guests free of charge. The food was really good and well prepared. By the way, the hotel itself is located in a safe location and there is not a risk of earthquake. Special thanks to Mr. Selcuk for his warm interest to the guests as well. I can’t quite put to words how we truly feel and felt about Nujel`m Cappadocia. But we highly recommend Turkey to more people just to visit and stay and experience Nujel`m Cappadocia.

Hotel looks new, we are staying in this hotel for 2 nights. Cleanliness is satisfied, toilet is clean, staffs are in good manner. The only con is the Location, which is located abit far from hot air balloon, cannot see hot air balloon From hotel.

It is a new and beautiful hotel, we had no complaints regarding comfort. It's a nice hotel with large rooms with high ceilings, and the breakfast is sufficient. There isn't much to do in the hotel to spend time, but it doesn't make much sense to spend time in the hotel anyway when there are so many things around. I definitely recommend Itel.
