Incredibly caring staff and manager, the breakfast is beyond my expectations, very delicious and rich with local products. We tried the entire dinner menu in 3 nights, there is nothing I can criticize. I thank Mr. Yaşar for his interest.

I can say that it is the best hotel in the world, it is truly incredible, room service, room cleaning, staff were very friendly, fast, dynamic, energetic, the view was unique and the view of the thermal pool was incredible, everything was perfect, thank you.

It is a wonderful hotel. I was very pleased with it. The rooms have wonderful outdoor and thermal indoor pools, wonderful food, very nice views and fairy chimneys in the hotel garden, which can be watched for hours. I would definitely recommend this hotel as it deserves the price it charges and is definitely worth seeing.

It was an amazing experience. Everything was thought out down to the smallest detail. A place where you can really see what service is. The rooms were clean. Dinner and breakfast were really nice. Thanks for everything

The rooms, the staff, the clean, caring and friendly people are admirable for their attention and service. I recommend the rooms on the lower floors, the view is excellent. It has a very rich menu with breakfast and dinner options and should be tried for a dream holiday.

Otele ilk girdik, etkinliklerle ilgilenen personel bize ATV için normalin üstünde bir fiyat vererek daha ucuzu varsa haber verin şeklinde anlatım yapıyordu. İki saat için 600 TL daha ucuzunu on dakikalık araştırmayla bulduk ve gittik. Odalar eski, beş yıldıza yakışır değil. Musluklar kırık, elini yıkamak istersen kendi üstün yıkanmış oluyor. Duşakabin kırık, kapağı kapanmıyor. Klimanın sigortası ikide bir atıyor kendini kapatıyor. Minibar soğutmuyor diye söyledik problem yok dediler ve yenisini istedik. Yenisi düzgündü. Odadaki su ısıtıcısını kullanmak istedik, bir suyu üç defa deneyip ısıttı. Sigorta attırıyor. Yemekler fotoğraflardaki gibi değil, beklenen altı. Otel konumu kötü, yolu bozuk o bile yapılmamış.
