We checked in and left after paying in advance how they expect anybody to stay in minus night temperatures with heating that is barely warm is beyond me a total rip off. I spoke to the manager who was offsite and explained the heating was defective and was told I had booked in early and had to wait for the radiator to warm up,this was never going to happen so I decided to leave as we both were feeling under the weather and just wanted a warm room for the night.I will never pay in advance again spoiled our Christmas trip.

Very nice, cozy and friendly hotel. Rooms carved in caves. Delicious breakfast. Special thanks to our amazing hosts Zeliha, Sevda and Emer. You made our stay unforgettable! Cappadocia, in general, amazed us with its hospitality and Saddle Caves Hotel was a good example of this.
