We arrived with a booking with airbnb. They said this was a mistake and they did not have a room available at that price. We had to sit for around an hour at check in to sort out this mistake and was charged double the price. The staff were helpful with rectifying the mistake. The room was worth the cost l, however misleading it may have been. The hotel was beautiful all carved out of the cave. Hot tub was lovely and we enjoyed our one night stay. The hotel is in the centre of the small and quirky village. Breakfast was delicious and was an amazing view from the terrace. Would recommend.

The hotel is not well maintained. Toilet is smelly. Restaurant seems like an abandoned place. Breakfast starts at 9am, but because we need to check out, we asked for breakfast at 8.45... We need to speak many times to make this happened. Location is terrible. We booked through OTA and searched under Cappadocia. Didnt realize that this area is very far from where people traveling to Cappadocia stays (Goreme or Urgup). The city is very quiet like a dead town.

Stayed here 3 nights. Fabulous friendly service. The room was clean and unique pieces decorating for the area. A cave which was incredible just experience I wanted. Breakfast was great. Staff friendliest ever. Right in village close to stores and restaurants and bus stop

Oteli internetten tesadüf eseri buldum aradığım tek şey tamamen doğal yapısını kaybetmemiş bir mağaranın içinde uyuyabilmekti ve mağara odasını rezerve ettirdim Ürgüp Kapadokya bölgesine de ilk gidişimdi otele ilk giriş anımızdan itibaren sıcacık karşılamaları ile bizi ailedenmiş ve evimizdeymiş gibi hissettiren Tarık ve Fatih e çok teşekkür ediyorum A dan Z ye gezi planımıza kadar herşeyimizle ilgilendiği için elleriyle bize güzel kahvaltılar hazırladığı için ve güzel sesiyle bizlere şarkılar söyleyip harika bir gece geçirmenize vesile olduğu için Tarık'a çok teşekkür ediyorum 🙏🥰 2 gün nefes almak ve Ankara dan uzaklaşmak amacıyla yaptığımız Ürgüp seyahatimizi mükemmel ve eğlenceli bir tatile dönüştürdüler tek hatamız bence mevsim idi yazın Allah kısmet ederse yine tabiki Harkasos otelde olacağız edindiğimiz güzel dostlarla beraber kesinlikle tercih etmeli ve gitmelisiniz 🙏

Otele girişimizden otelin nekadar bakımsız ve kirli olduğunu anlamıştık ama ön yargılı davranmak istemedik ve bir gece kalalım dedik…Banyodaki örümcek ağları,lavabodaki bize ait olmayan kıllar, odada yanmayan petekler, sıcak suyun olmaması,odanın küf kokusu vb…….. Yani kesinlikle tavsiye etmiyorum!! Fiyaskoo

Kesinlikle ve kesinlikle önermiyorum.Yıllardır 30 farklı ülkede farklı konseptlerde otelde konakladım.Hayatımda bu kadar kirli ve sorumsuz bir işletme görmedim.king suite oda alıyorsunuz ve odada en basit şey sıcak su yok.Kaloriferler çalışmıyor ufo verip başınızın çaresine bakın der gibi geçiştiriyorlar.Banyolarda yerlerde saç ve kullanılmış tuvalet kağıdı.inanın nasıl çıktığımızı bilemedik..

Klozet çok pisti, değiştirilmesi gerekiyor. Konum olarak gezilecek noktalara uzak kalıyor. Buzdolabı yok. Sıvı sabun yoktu. Kahvaltı bol ve güzeldi. Çalışanlar da ilgiliydi.
