Mussoorie is cold and difficult to get around but this hotel made the trek up worth it. The view was astounding, the room was clean and comfortable, and the food was fantastic. There are a lot of stairs though so be sure you are willing to make the climb!

The room was excellent as I my room was upgraded to hill view free of cost. The ameneties, rom service, high tea, wlecome drink the entire package was excellent. The hotel or property view was excellent hence it provided a great support even during sunrise and sunset

Wonderful location and views.  Facilities are slightly in need of a refresh but well maintained.  Amit in particular was extremely helpful in supporting requests

We had a comfortable stay at the resort. We booked a family room. Very spacious with hot water available. Lovely view of the hills from the room. Very courteous, polite and friendly staff. Enjoyed the stay. Felt at home.

When i went to crustal palace, i had a good experience, the room was very nice with complete cleanliness and the room service was also very good and the food prices there were very genuine and the food was also very good, the staff was all friendly and cool taking
