No Aircon is needed, but we felt little itchy on beds. Breakfast was perfect.

If you are coming with family, just stay here and forget all ur worries. Whole facilities here are awesome. They will make your trip memorable. Best hospitality. Special appreciation for Mr. Ajay Singh at dining served best food with good service

A perfect hotel for a family in Mussoorie. The rooms, the staff, the food, the location all are amazing. It is only 2 minutes walking from the Mall road. You get everything outside the hotel. The staff is very courteous and helpful. The views of the Himalayas and mountain range from the Hotel entrance is amazing. Highly recommend.

Had a good time at Vishnu Palace where we spent 3 nights in March to enjoy Mussoorie and nearby areas. Good things 1. Excellent location with walking distance from Mall road 2. Ample parking space as we were driving in 2 cars and didn't get any issue in parking which generally is problematic in hilly regions 3. Nice spread of buffet items in breakfast and economical room service 4. Hotel staff is quite knowledgeable and gave nice inputs on planning itinerary and reasonable taxi rates Bad things 1. Dirty room with stained bedding and linen which we had to get it replaced 2. Noisy place as breakfast assembly area is below on -4th floor and all rooms get music/noise from people chats in morning and evenings 3. There was burning smell in the room and outside areas, when queried we were told that some gas work is being carried out

Service is Bad. They don't care about Your Need. If TV is not working....They don't solve. At the time of closing Room service if you ask after 3 minutes they say it's over. you're 3 minutes late we can't provide you room service. Pathetic staff
