It was unlivable, and anyone staying there would risk falling sick. - Superior Deluxe Room: The second room was slightly better but still not worth the price. Staff Refused to Help When we complained immediately, the front desk staff denied a room change and refused any refund. They showed zero concern for guest comfort, claiming "no other rooms are available and we can't do anything." Location Hassles - No taxis allowed near the hotel—had to drag luggage a long distance. - Rickshaws also doesn't cover complete distance, adding unnecessary stress. **Final Verdict: A Complete Scam** This hotel does not deserve your money. The management ignores complaints, the rooms are disgusting, and the entire experience was a nightmare. Stay away unless you enjoy wasting money on sub-par service! Do yourself a favor—book elsewhere.
