Hotel is situated at mall road where you can spend time in night. Room were clean and neat. Staff were very cooperative. You just have to carry luggage upto 500 meter towards hotel as local authorities is not allowing taxi on mall road. Overall good experience for my stay.

We stayed in hammers international for one day. The location of the hotel is approx 500 metre walking distance from car/vehicle parking and is on mall road the hotel staffs were very cooperative and helpful. We ordered foods from the hotel itself and they were very good the price for the same was also reasonable.

Property's food and amenities were okay. Location was good. But my main problem, the approach of the hotel was so steep. Breathing problem made me down. No commercial car access from 7 am to 10 pm to hotel. I was so scared for going out and back.

It's a pleasant stay, i like the hotel and their staff. They are cooperative and helped in every way. Food is good and reasonable rate. All the way we enjoyed our stay.

Wonderful place. Staff excellent. Price is great. Located on mall road, everything close by. Mussoorie is very nice tourist town. Excellent weather.

The hotel manager was very rude. Initially, he provided me with a messy and terrible room. After i complained, he upgraded my room. Later, an older manager, whom i referred to as 'uncle' was very nice and friendly. The room service staff were also very gentle. Room is not as per the standard of 3 stars, bathroom was very dirty and broken tiles, taps are not working properly, curtains are bad, room is stinking. Towels are dirty, room service is not upto mark. In short, the room was poor, the manager was not very friendly, but the owner was good, and the service was satisfactory.
