Hotel staff is very polite and prompt. Check-in and check-out was hastle free. The ambience and the view from the hotel is one of the best in Mussorie.The hotel offers magnificient view of the Doon valley with amazing sunrise and sunset views from the Valley View balcony room.

Beautiful heritage property. We enjoyed our stay at the hotel. Will definitely visit again. Very warm and helpful staff. The valley facing rooms were beautiful as was the grand ornate staircase. Enjoyed the evening high tea and the game if tombola as well.

We had a pleasant stay here. It was a group leisure trip. RAMADA made it memorable. Food was amazing. Rooms were cozy and warm. Staff hospitality is quite highly appreciated. Property is must recommnded for future visits. Thankyou all for making it very much comfortable

Hotel location is near to mall road. Which makes very comfortable to roam around. Food and room services given by hotel was impressive. Front desk people are always polite and helpful for their guest. Hotel hospitality makes this hotel highly recommended. Will surely plan again

My wife and I had a wonderful stay at Ramada, they even provided with a cake for our anniversary. The entire staff is very friendly and helpful,providing great hospitality. Also to mentioned it is at the best location as it is just 100mts from the famous mall road.

We had an amazing stay with the Hotel. The best thing about the hotel is their staff. They are friendly, helpful and courteous. The food is delicious, the buffet was lavish and food was tasty. View from the hotel was good and its proximity to mall is also good. Rooms are spacious and overall ambience is ideal for a family vacation.

It was an amazing stay there. We stayed to celebrate our anniversary and they made our day memorable. It was our second stay and they leave no stone un turn to satisfy us. 🥳Food was delicious and the staff were very polite and friendly. 👍 Thank you Ramada for making our trip so memorable 😍
