Country Inn Premier Pacific Mall Road Mussoorie

The washrooms were unhygienic. Basic amenities missing in the room and the washroom. TV not working, after number of request they recharge with the amount of Rs 45 only in the night and again in the morning tv required recharge. Country inn premier pacific resort is very low grade property. The place needs a lot of maintenance work. Never take a room without view there.

Stayed in Hotel for 2 nights. Good view, Delicious food , nice spacious rooms. All staff members highly cooperative. Special Thanks to Mr.Ashutosh and Mr Ravi for providing excellent hospitality. Mr.Ravi Restaurant taken good care of providing hot food Overall memorable stay at hotel ....Will stay again in future!!!

My stay was very enjoyable, particularly due to the club room with a balcony, which added a special touch to the experience. The room itself was well-appointed, offering a comfortable and relaxing space with a view that enhanced the overall ambiance. Apart from this food, cleaniness, hospitality, room service are excellent.

Rooms are not what shown in the pictures, the photos of the rooms and washrooms are totally edited, The washrooms are totally different there is no hand shower in the washroom, They have kept one bucket which is full of dust totally yellowish colour, I have never seen any 4 star hotel which provdies bucket and no shower, there is no locker in the room and there is no space where you can keep your luggage .. you have to keep your luggage on the floor.. rooms shown in the pictures are soo big but in actuall the rooms are so small .. cleaniness 0.. within 15 minutes the socks of my child went black .. 0 service the staff on the reception was also not helpful.. we went here with a child but they did not helped us in anything .. we paid 8000 for the rooms which is not even 1 percent of any 4star.. plus the they charge so much for the food .. the service and all everything is 0 but the charges for everything is so high .. rooms are like the rooms of hotels which are on mall road which costs 2-3000…. If you are thinking of coming here after looking at the pictures then dont ever trust these pictures because those pictures are all edited.. worst experience. .. sharing the pictures

Hi, Miss Ganga, We are happy with your services, cooperation with my family . Food quality is good 7 star Interrior good 4 star Dinnig 5 star Shuttle service good helpful but with time bound ... Need 24*7 meal assistance Specially people like me who wakes up early in morning , prefer to have tea( not powder one,) . . Parking facility is also good .. Special feedback on team member Mr. Aditya , young tall, Saw unprofessional behaviour and language during stay with most of people, customers and brought my attention While check out he shown pressed aggression voice and eyes towards me on billing print out .. In the same direction of your hotel towards going mall road Zoom connect hotel prices is same as yours , it is far near to mall road .. but interior n room space is better in country inn Thanks and regards Parvesh Gupta & Family
