The overall stay was amazing, amazing service, staff, and the pick and drop facility from the mall Is just so homely.
Just one thing, the food was amazing but the non-veg items, the chicken was a bit hard to chew.
Rest glad to have stayed here.
A big recommendation in the city.

our trip to mussorie was made memorable by our host Sri Pravin of Hotel Jiva. excellent service by all the staff. the food was very good and it is made as per our choice. buffet breakfast is sumptuous.

We stayed for 2 night not happy bad service Never visit with your family or as a couple they have a problem with hot water and very poor service they give to guest plus they have issue to give drinking water too ! They can’t ***age in full occupancy Think and visit
