The Hosteller Mussoorie, Mall Road

I had an amazing stay at The Hosteller Mussoorie! The property is clean, well-maintained, and offers stunning views of the hills. The staff was super friendly and always ready to help with anything I needed. The vibe is perfect for solo travelers and groups alike – relaxed, social, and full of positive energy. The common areas were cozy and ideal for chilling or working remotely. A great mix of nature and comfort – highly recommended for anyone visiting Mussoorie!

Friendly, accommodating staff, willing to help with a smile. The staff at this hotel were incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. The rooms were immaculate and very comfortable. We also enjoyed the delicious breakfast each morning and loved the convenient location close to major attractions.

location is just 100 meters away from mall road, sun rise view from building, friendly staff always ready to guide you, i enjoyed bonfire but I suggest they need to add more activities which may give good impact to hosteller, overall good experience.

The stay in hosteller Mussoorie was a nightmare for us. There was not a single supportive staff available. We have booked 4 beds in drom room for 4 female as no female drom was available. They put 2 males with us and when we request to change the rooms as majority was female and there were many female groups to accommodate the request. They didn’t understand any situation. 2 of us were on periods and not comfortable to share the washroom with males. They made us sit 4 hours without any resolution and they were least bothered about the situation. Then they asked to mail to adjust the breakfast amount to the new room which was offered paid with higher amount. Then, they themselves denied. Eventually we paid approx 8k for just a single night. They were very uncooperative and manner less. We adjusted our luggage multiple times from one building to other. No help offered. After paying so much, we made many calls to get our paid mattress. No real time assistance available. Initially no water in taps and no hot water as well in a 8k room. The bonfire was just for name and no other activity was there. It was the worst experience we had. If you going with females only do not book this accommodation. Very dissatisfying experience.

We stayed in Mussoorie hosteller for 5 days and we had an amazing experience there. The staff people were very helpful and easily avaialble. The community member "Niharika" was very nice and helpful. We really had great time there and i ll recommend people if you are looking for workation then must try "The Hosteller" properties.
