The property has beautiful granite steps that lead you down to the first level with a fire pit and a hot tub overlooking the bay, then continue down to the spacious dock perfect for entertaining friends and family. Lots of green space for games. The property includes approximately 240' of shoreline with expansive views over Moon River's largest bay. You enter the water through a soft sandy shoreline. After a full day of sunshine, relax on the spacious cottage's wrap-around porch, which has comfortable seating and a dining area. This two-story farmhouse-style cottage provides remarkably spacious and comfortable accommodations for families or groups. The main level has a full-size kitchen, living room, large TV with satellite, dining space with views of the lake, primary bedroom with a desk/monitor and 3-piece ensuite, powder room and laundry. Upstairs are three spacious bedrooms with beautiful lake views and a second washroom. The cottage comfortably sleeps up to 10 people in the four bedrooms. Bedding in each room includes 1 king, 1 queen, 1 queen and a room with two sets of bunk beds.
