The space 3 bedrooms, 1.5 baths. Each bedroom has a Queen bed, and the den has a queen sized pull out couch. The full bath is off of the kitchen, and the half bath is off of one of the bedrooms. There is room for 3 cars in the driveway, as well as street parking. On site laundry in the basement. Outdoor seating, fire pit, and gas grill.
