A little bit old, but clean enough.
Located near area of brand hotels, you can walk to beach in 15min.
You can find local hypermarket which provide all needed goods.
There are fitness room and playing room in the hotel.
Restaurant is available until 10PM too, just purchase the breakfast on-hotel with ORM2.5!

The staff are helpful and the location is good. The breakfast is alright.
However, the hotel is very old and the cleanness was not up to standard. There are no disposable slipers but the rugs are extremely dirty.

I have been visiting this hotel a years ago and bought for this time. It was a bit bad experience. I found some Cockroaches and average cleanliness. Also, it is not a matter during booking that the room is without a window.

Highly recommended, beyond expectation!
1. Large room: more than enough for two people or a family
2. The room is tastefully decorated
3. Although the breakfast is simple, it has hot omelette, which I think is very cost-effective
4. Hotel location: We took the A1 bus from the airport to Omantel Busstation-AI Khuwair_2
