Perfect location with private beach and 2 swimming pools, good Services staff so friendly good gym and sauna, steam room facilities. First time in Muscat but not last, will definitely will come back, highly recommend.

We stayed 1 night. It was my partner's birthday. They upgraded our room to a suite which was awesome. We had one breakfast. They had everything. Last but not least, at the reception REEM helped me a lot. Thank you very much once more. Kudos!

The local staff were great but the waiters at the restaurant were arrogant and unfriendly. I watched them mock our complaint to their colleagues. Otherwise, things were clean and nice with a great big breakfast spread. Mangers were friendly and helpful.

I like the pool but the beach is dirty with alot of fishing nets trapped on corners and plastic bottles in the cave areas.
The rooms are small and bathrooms Sewrage not good. And they cant fix it if blocked
The hotel is old.
But people who work in this hotel they are amazing thats why i keep going to them every year.
They upgraded me for free and give me late check out

A good hotel in a very nice location. Beautiful sunset in the evening and panoramic view of Muscat coastline. Lovely private beach and good pool. A good selection of restaurants and bars in the hotel. Good Iranian/Omani restaurants. Good happy hours in the bar.

Customer service was amazing. I was unwell when I first arrived and staff checked on me the next day.
The pool area and beach area is beautiful. Sunsets were stunning.
