Hotel has very good location near city centers and Avenue Malls with a very good access to restaurants and business centers. Staff are helpful and polite. Room service is not good. My telephone was not working during my stay in spite of my request to fix it. The safe box was in a bad working condition. Breakfast is good. Rooms are and location are clean. Room furniture does not have good condition. One morning hot water was not available in bath room.

Excellent. Warm welcome, friendly and helpful staff. Spacious, clean and very comfortable rooms. Great breakfast. I loved the rooftop with a beautiful pool, bar and great views. Perfect location, halfway between the airport and the tourist attractions in Qurum, Mutrah and Muscat.

The roof top bar is quite nice with great ambience to sit and chill out based on alcohol sales banned in oman ,drinks are limited to some hotels , its worth to try sitting by pool side and enjoying calm and relaxed atmosphere which is outstanding in oman .

Unfortunately one of the worst hotel experiences ever. I have stayed there several times, but I’m doubtful to do this ever again. The walls in the room (350) was very dirty and moldy, the window can’t be closed properly (hence the mold), drawers were not able to close, furniture worn out. Unless there is a serious refurbishment done, don’t go to this hotel.
