Decent hotel, rooms were big for nothing really cheap and plain decor fake marble tiles room interior was not matching the hotel price or downstairs lobby, for the price of hotel all amenities and mini bar was chargeable also price of breakfast was not worth the money, the dressing table was a joke unusable plugs socket on dressing table, huge construction site outside the hotel only attraction was the 5 star restaurants on site keep your wallets loaded 😉

New hotel with good views . However it is new and still some amenities are under construction like restaurants. Not worth the price paid could get better at other hotels for better price. Not much to do nearby in the hotel too out of city.

I went for if iftar in "Marjanah" and the open buffet was not as expected, very poor for main dishes, but good in dessert, i am not sure how can an open buffet for iftar in any gulf country doesn't include barbecue for example. All kind of meat based plates was almost empty after the first half an hour

I spent 3 days on my business trip and enjoyed combining work with the wonderful atmosphere of the hotel. The attentive concierge Sara, my butler Jenna, and the exceptionally professional team made my stay seamless. Everything was well thought out – from soft towels and plush bathrobes to incredibly comfortable pillows. Despite visiting during Ramadan, the accommodating staff, cozy ambiance, and delicious restaurant options—especially at Zorba—made my experience even better. Administrator Tolganai was attentive to my preferences, and overall, the atmosphere and people made my trip both productive and enjoyable. I also had the chance to unwind with peaceful walks along the Indian Ocean coastline. The hotel provided a luxury-class car with polite and professional chauffeurs, adding to the overall comfort of my stay. I will definitely choose this hotel again in the future. A special thanks to the attentive management—Jason and Hicham—for their outstanding professionalism.

So disappointing! We booked here for our last two nights in the country expecting a beautiful beach and luxurious accommodations convenient to the airport. We arrived tired from a full day of activities looking forward to a relaxing afternoon. Outside our supposed sea view room (which actually stared into other rooms but had a bit of water view from the balcony) we could hear and see a large yellow tractor moving piles of dark sand back and forth across the beach. There was also a steady hammering of men creating thatched gazebos. We were told they would stop at 6 but they were still working throughout our dinner in the Greek restaurant Zorba where our table had a direct view of their lights and noise. At almost 10 pm it is still ongoing. We moved rooms to escape the construction noise only to find we have loud music coming in our windows from the Iftar buffet by the pool. The room is supposed to be soundproof but it is not at all. The beach is unattractive and there is construction of new buildings all around the hotel. To be fair there are 2 pros. The staff is very nice and the rooms are spacious. However furnishings are already stained and frayed after only 6 months. Unless you have an early flight and need to be close to the airport, choose another hotel, particularly if quiet and relaxation are important to you.

Everything is perfect. Dinner, breakfast are perfect. Service is good! Cleaning 10/10. I love design of the hotel. I went to the gym every day . Marwa was my coach. I love her. Best exercises, always positive. She taught me how to stretch properly.

Stayed there for a family vacation New hotel, great beach and selection of restaurants Yoga and workout sessions were the highlight of the trip - Rahul is one of the best coaches I have ever met; very professional and inspiring Will come back
