"Nice hotel , near to the Station and limousine bus stop . There is amenities ,a lobby to sit and chill with water and tea . Room is clean but a bit small . If you are looking for convenience, it’s a good area to. Nice shopping too (Uniqlo ,g.u, cosme etc .. ) 　 吉祥寺駅に近いし、駅の周りも買い物がいっぱいできます。リンムジンバス停にも近いです。 部屋はちょっと狭いけど、綺麗です。 一階にある朝ご飯も美味しいです。 もし便利さを求めたらここが良いと思います。"

When I met a few guys (probably staff members) who were working on the house, they didn’t know English at all, so communication was very difficult. 2. This location is far from the subway, a fifteen-minute walk. It is next to the track, which is very noisy. The location is remote and there are many mosquitoes. 3. There is no charge for a washing machine in the house. There is no dryer. I was told that there was one nearby when I walked out, but I couldn’t find it. 4. The sound insulation is very poor. You have to go to Shinjuku to go to any subway station. It is not recommended to stay here if you are traveling. The transportation cost and time are really not recommended. 5.
