Hotel Ibaigune

Personally I left happy. Quiet place, very close to certain places of interest and good treatment by its staff. My partner thinks that the cleanliness left a lot to be desired but she is very picky and I can sleep in a trench...

We only spent one night. It is located next to the road and has free parking. You need the car for everything. We asked if they could give us a bottle of water to take to the room and they told us they didn't have it because others had taken it. With which we went to a restaurant by car that is about 10 minutes away. It was hot and air conditioning was conspicuous by its absence. The bathroom hygiene was very bad...the handle was broken and there was no way to control the temperature of the shower. There was no wifi even though they said they would fix it. There are no plugs on the tables...just an applicator next to the TV. We would not repeat.

My son has been away for a few days for work and all the cash he had left there has been stolen from his room (so it wouldn't be stolen) and he has searched to find everything of value. Reported to the Ertzaintza but it will be of no use. There is no one there to assist you. You are abandoned without reception or services or anyone to show your face. A round scam

We spent one night at this hotel and the stay was very pleasant. The personnel is very friendly. The room is spacious and clean. Good breakfast. Good value for money. We recommend this hotel if you travel to the Basque Country by car.

The place is well located, the room was large, quiet... They make your bed and change towels daily. Fair cleaning, if not poor (we saw a juice box behind the TV cabinet that had a considerable layer of dust). I don't have a dust allergy and since it was so cold in the room (when we arrived it wasn't above fifteen degrees), I used all the blankets and my eyes started to water and my nose started to itch. In the bathroom there was no hairdryer or heater, you had to move the oil one that was in the living room/room which did not have wheels. It says it was familiar and I didn't see a sad staircase/step so that my little one could wash his hands in the sink, take a shower, nor did we try because of the impossibility of drying his hair. When we arrived, the room had no light (it was out), when we left we talked about it, to see if the next person who passes by has better luck and they have already put in a light bulb. The sofa, which looks like a dozen cats have attacked it (I repeat: the room is a family room) only has two seats. It is saved with a scraped 5 for the price, another thing to add, that people comment on breakfast... we neither saw it nor were we offered the service... so, I have no idea if there was breakfast or we caught days in which there wasn't There was no one but us to provide breakfast... (we were going with 2 small children, what if they had had breakfast...)

Es un hotel con encanto. El personal muy agradable. Las habitaciones son muy cómodas y la estancia ha sido agradable. La nuestra en concreto no daba a la naturaleza, daba mas a la carretera y al bar. Muy tranquilo. Tienen un bar contiguo donde se da el desayuno y aparte tienen comidas y cenas. Entre semana si que está más cerrado pero es normal ya que el aforo del hotel es de 20 habitaciones y quizá no haya tanto flujo de personas. La pareja que lleva el bar son un encanto! Escoger este hotel ha sido un acierto ya que está muy cerca de un montón de pueblos pero tiene la tranquilidad de estar en la montaña! Si que destacaría varias cosas: el cambio de toallas es diario, quieras o no… si que nos pareció un buen servicio, pero quizá demasiado para 4 noches que estuvimos. Por otro lado, si que nos llamó la atención que un dia que nos levantamos algo mas tarde, estábamos en la cama, y entraron a hacer la habitación… nos pilló algo desprevenidos… paso otros días mas! Si que creo que debería haber lo típico de hoteles de “ocupado” o “libre” para indicar un poco que no pueden entrar en la habitación. Dicho todo esto, comprendo que al no ser un hotel muy grande las personas de la limpieza no estarán todo el día… De todos modos, muy recomendable el alojamiento y con un trato muy bueno.

Point de chute pour un petit week end en amoureux, l'hôtel est grand et calme. La literie y est très confortable. Salle d'eau bien équipée. Moyennant un petit supplément, le lieu accepte les animaux de compagnie. Depuis ce lieu, un accès facile à différents endroits magnifiques du pays basque
