I didn't like the bugs in my bed, the rotting wood banister, the shower in our room that smelled like urine, once the tiles got wet. The toilet that kept getting clogged, having to ask pillows and sheets for the sofa bed. Having to get mud from a bowl for our mud experience. I was disappointed with this property.

The walls were a little thin-could here our neighbors whole conversation! Besides that excellent ! Will be going again for sure!!

The resort is beautiful. Very hot day made it hard to enjoy as pools were packed. Night swim was nice and less crowded. Many hot spring pools were too crowded to get into. Loved the gratitude ceremony and hot springs soak at night.

Was already staying previous 2 nights but still needed to check in again. The housekeeping kept on asking to checkout. Front desk and housekeeping should have better communication.

Missed out on spa treatment
Was my first time there. Especially at a hit spring resort. Enjoy the atmosphere. Was trying to get a spa treatment but all were full. I really wanted a massage. Room and view were great.

The property is beautiful and the hot springs were amazing. There were so many it didn’t feel to crowded. It’s nice that there are hot springs jut for over night guests. The room was super cute, big and clean.
My only complaint was the check in process, there was only one employee with a long line of people. It took forever. For such a nice property and the price this process should be streamlined better.
The manager needs to do better at scheduling and making sure there is plenty of staff to help at check in time, especially on weekends.

Property is great, lots of pools with different temperatures clearly marked and staff go around checking temperatures. Property and facilities are very clean, beautiful resort with very friendly staff. A must stay if you are looking to relax in natural geothermal hot springs.

We absolutely loved our time at Murietta hot springs. The staff was wonderful, the grounds were beautiful and so was the room. We loved it.
