This first floor unit is pet friendly. Pet fee of $100.00 ( We allow 2 dogs) The view from my dream home is incredibly beautiful.(We live upstairs in a separate unit.) With the sound of the ocean echoing over the Inlet in the still of the evening makes my humble abode a dream place to visit. With so many choices of things to do year round! Our place resides on the Waccamaw Neck bike way, which is over18 miles of paved multiple purpose trail used for walking, cycling and hiking. We are walking distances to restaurants, kayaking, paddle boarding, boating , fishing swimming etc.About pets:Pets allowed: dogs (limit 2 total).We charge a pet fee of $100.00.About checkOut:Check out before 11:00 AM.About children:Children allowed: ages 0-17.About checkIn:Check in after 4:00 PM.About smoking:Smoking is not permitted.About minBookingAge:Minimum age to rent: 21.About events:No events allowed.

Great place We had a great time, especially our pup. He loved being able to stay outside in the fenced in yard. We just wished we had felt better the beginning of our trip so we could have enjoyed this place a little more. Shug was a great host and this place is close to every thing. We will keep it in our list for next time for sure.

Great stay The place is very nice and cozy. They knew we were riding down on a motorcycle in the rain and made sure the garage door was open so we could roll in. Super nice and will stay here again

Great location and comfortable home Cindy’s ground floor guest house was very comfortable. Bedroom and living room and outdoor area. No kitchen but worked for us since there was a microwave, small fridge and a keurig with plenty of coffee cups. The location was perfect. Short drives to the Marsh walk, Huntington beach, Surfside and Garden City.
