Our home is nice and cozy. We have 2 bedrooms each with a queen size bed. In the family room there is a comfortable pull out couch. There are extra pillows and blankets too. There is 1 full bath and a 1/2 bath. There is a washer and dryer with laundry soap for your convenience. There is a kitchen with dishes and other supplies that are need. We have individual oatmeal and cereal for your convenience. If you want more towels there are some in the hall closet. While you are staying here there are grocery stores very nearby. Smith's grocery store is just half a mile east on 45th South. We are about 30 minutes to the mountains for skiing or hiking, about 15 minutes to downtown for Utah Jazz, Temple Square, Eccles Theater, etc. Wi-Fi is included and you will have the home to yourself. We have a key pad entry for your convenience. Recent upgrades include a new clothes washer in 2020, new furnace and dishwasher in 2021, and upgrade to very fast/responsive Google Fiber Internet service in 2022. New carpet was just installed throughout the home in September 2022. New kitchen and bathroom water faucets as of 2024 with full pressure. We have a no smoking, illegal drugs or parties policy for the whole property. If you do there will be an added fee. About pets:No pets allowed.About checkOut:Check out before 11:00 AM.About children:Children allowed: ages 0-17.We have a pack and play, children dishes and toys.About customRules:No smoking in the house or property; $500 fee. No illegal activity of any kind including no drugs; $1,00 fee. Great Location
While helping my son relocate to Salt Lake City, we stayed at this beautiful home in a great location. The owner, Kaylyn, was very accommodating. Highly recommend.

Quiet, cozy and tranquil home
This home offered everything that was listed and more. I love the carpeted floors and they were soft, cushioned and kind to sore tired feet. Located in a quiet neighborhood with plenty of parking. The host clearly tended to the look and feel of the home which made it cozy. All the necessary amenities were clearly place and available, literally just shy of stocking toothbrushes. Our host was kind and clear with their communication and very prompt. The home was child friendly and accommodating for my austic son, who took a liking to the home and property. He especially loved the added sunroom where he was able to find his own space to relax and chill. Great location for sight-seeing and very close to the interstate to go anywhere. Would absolutely stay here again.

Comfortable and clean stay
We stayed here for a couple nights on our way through Salt Lake City. The location was great and easy to get up the canyon for ski days at Brighton and Solitude (about 30 minutes). Kaylyn was good to work with and always very prompt to reply to messages. The house was cozy, comfortable and clean.

Nice home!
Not only was communication very good with the owners, they provided food and other nice accommodations. They even decorated the home for the holiday before we arrived

Christmas in Salt Lake City
Our family time over Christmas was enhanced by our stay here. The place was comfortable and well stocked and equipped. The hot/cold cereal breakfast was welcome on our short mornings. Kaylyn’s place had just enough decorations to set a festive atmosphere. She was prompt with her responses whenever we had a question. Our family will highly consider this place for future stays in SLC.
