Don't expect them to pick up the phone or text back. They have created a system where they never have to speak to you personally. So if anything is broken of which most of everything in their facility is they are not going to call you back. No one is even in the store or office. We saw young kids mowing and cleaning. Need something, you write down what you took and they send you individual invoices that they can't even charge to your card themselves. They will send you several individual invoices with obnoxious and rude messages stating that they were unpaid the first time they're sent. Note that the first time we tried to pay through their system, the system would not take our cards. I texted her. She refused to answer so she sent me an additional invoice a month later with all bold caps. PLEASE PAY NOW!!! Instead of simply charging my card on file.The woman tried to originally charge my card an additional $250 more than the website and refuse to answer the phone. So for nearly 6 hours ignoring the phone and hanging up on me when she accidentally picked up, I explained the situation and acted as if she wanted a fight???? Our family booked 11k worth of cottages and they will never be back on account of the woman not answering her phone.
