今まで泊まったホテルの中で一番良いホテルだと感じました。
場所は室戸岬の先端あたりに坂道を降りた所にあります。
ホテルの外観はジブリに出てきそうな味のある見た目です。
内観もとても古いため、所々壊れている部分がありますが、歴史を感じることが出来ます。（本館の屋根は数年前に吹き飛んだことがあるそうです）
お風呂も女性は檜風呂！時間帯によっては独り占めして入ることが出来ます。
夕食は、海鮮をメインにちょうど良い量で提供されます。
お酒が呑める方は是非、土佐酒アドバイザーがオススメする日本酒を頂いてみてください！十数種類を実際に持ってきて頂き、好みにあったお酒を提供頂けます。
ご飯はどれもとても美味しいのですが、特に感動するくらい美味しかったのはりゅうきゅうというハスイモ茎の酢の物が柚子の酸味もある中で食べやすく、お酒のアテにも丁度良かったです。
お部屋からは太平洋を一望でき、朝日も綺麗に見ることが出来ます。
朝食は自家製の干物をメインに美味しかったです。
接客も、内装も全て良かったので、年に1度は泊まりたいホテルでした。

It shows as a luxury hotel and is rather a hostel, that means very bad value for your money. The building is old and needs urgent renovations. We didn't get the room cleaned eventhough we asked for it. The seaview is gorgeous though and the staff very friendly. The dinner was surprisingly delicious. The hotel is very difficult to find since there is no sign (in English) from the road. You need to completely trust Google.

Beautiful service, rooms and views. Then there was the food - both dinner and breakfast were delightful - very well presented and very tasty ... especially the char-grilled bonito. Would have liked to stay another day as there are many walks both coast and up to to the lighthouse.

The hotel is rather old but the room was big and clean. The air conditioner new and the view is spectacular. I personally am not a big fan of Japanese style rooms but as my room also had a sitting place with table and chair it was perfect. I will visit again if I am in the area.

I could hear everything from the next room perfectly. The footsteps of children running upstairs and in the hallways were always noisy and stressful.
The floor of the bathroom was slimy and unpleasant. The futon was quite old. The bathroom was small, but my child kept playing in it so I didn't feel at ease.
It's more of a guesthouse than a hotel.
I had a plan that included breakfast, but I was surprised that breakfast was only served around 7am, which not only made it difficult to relax, but also that the food was so simple.
I think this rate is too high for this facility.

やや古い感じがしました。案内していただいた方が古い建物であることの説明をしてくださり、納得したので気になりませんでした。古くなったことが理解できる人が宿泊すれば宿泊できる機会を得たことに感謝できると思います。
