Poor value for money. The owner was unfriendly and unwelcoming, very business like. His wife (I think) completely ignored me and walked right past me.
The room was old, poorly maintained and not even clean. This was the only tatami room I ever stayed in in Japan where the mats were in poor condition.
The sink in my room had a fosset for hot water, but no hot water coming out.
When I appproached the owner in the kitchen, he was rude and basically pushed me out. The kitchen was messy, disorganized and not clean. That made me decide to skip breakfast, that I had already paid for in advance.
There are far better places to stay in in this town.

Small family hotel in a good location with a few restaurants nearby where you can eat very well and have nice conversations.

The hotel itself is very dilapidated and has not been renovated. I have never been to such a bad hotel. There is no need for hotel wifi. Never recommend.
