Son unos estafadores y unos mal educados que te venden un viaje con total amabilidad y excelente comunicación hasta que te vas de viaje y descubres que no es lo que han presupuestado.......cuando llamas son bordes ( cuando ya estas en el viaje y empiezan los engaños) llamas y se hacen los tontos (como que no te entienden lo que quieres decir) te emplazan a que escribas por correo ( ya te contestan tarde mal y nunca) y nuevamente haciéndose los despistados y mareando. En mi caso ha sido un viaje en el que en el presupuesto me mandan un itinerario y lo que está incluido y cuando llego, resulta que el tema de vistas guiadas no está incluido y hay que pagar un extra y cuando les mando correosssss para consultar y reclamar, se hacen los tontos diciendo que no me entienden que quiero decir.........que no he pagado esa opción, que hay que pagar un plus....
