Prinsotel la Dorada -

Been the second time here and can confirm again: In Muro for sure one of the best hotels. a lot happens for kids, daily different food and great breakfast. Around the hotel you can buy whatever you need, all available 3 min walking distance. But things in the supermarkets are very expensive, totally insane in Mallorca. So book better half board in the hotel, were all is included. What I not liked was sometimes the slow service as during eastern the hotel was fully booked out. Will for sure come again!

We were welcomed by the gorgeous Maria and Christina with a complementary Sangria which was so refreshing after driving from the airport .Check in was easy and directions were easy to follow as this place is huge! Our apartment was so luxurious and views were spectacular looking out towards the mountains. We had the 3 floor apartment with hot tub! So much space and felt like it was home. Very clean and our room was made up daily. The bed was super comfortable and bathroom/shower also exceptional! The staff were unbelievably friendly, helpful and informative. The grounds were exceptional with so many different pool areas to enjoy as well as restaurants and bars. The food hall for breakfast was so big and so much variety. Very family oriented so if you’re looking for just adults this is not for you but it was lovely to see so many kids having fun with their family and friends hence why we had our hot tub on the second floor if we wanted some privacy . A couple of things on the down side that our fridge was not cold enough as it was on a certain temperature setting, we are not use to this in Australia (we like ice cold) also the air conditioning was on a constant set temperature 21 degrees celsius, again we would have preferred 18 as it gets very humid in the room during the day with the afternoon sun. Once we settled in at night it was okay to sleep. Not too many fancy restaurants around the resort so you can catch taxi or uber to the surrounding towns of Alcudia and Can Picafort which are 10mins either side of the resort. Would stay here again! This summer we decided to come back to Mallorca only because of this hotel, missed it so so much, could not resist. We love everything about it: the grounds, the rooms (personally we prefer the jacuzzi suit on the roof, so private and so cozy), the food (this year they added the a la carte breakfast opportunity, so we fell in love with this hotel even more), the staff!!! The whole vibe is just incredible. Stayed for 7 nights and did not get enough of this place. Our daughter literally cried when it was time to check out. Thank you! We will definitely be back again
