Been the second time here and can confirm again: In Muro for sure one of the best hotels. a lot happens for kids, daily different food and great breakfast. Around the hotel you can buy whatever you need, all available 3 min walking distance. But things in the supermarkets are very expensive, totally insane in Mallorca. So book better half board in the hotel, were all is included. What I not liked was sometimes the slow service as during eastern the hotel was fully booked out. Will for sure come again!

Thank you Don Pedro and your team! It was sincerely my and my family’s pleasure to stay in the kingdom you built. Your team was really helpful and friendly, the food is yummy, the environment is nice, the room is nice and tide, the view is so beautiful, it was melting to see so many happy big and small kids faces, the music presented by Christian was amazing! The location is also amazing, few steps you reached the ocean. Me and my family really had a great time for the past few days in your hotel. I highly recommend this hotel for everyone who wants to bring family or friends to escape from the daily routine/stress. Thank you again Don Pedro. Really nice meeting you and your beautiful wife. First class hotel. Immaculately clean & well kept. Friendly, helpful staff - a special shout out to Manuel for looking after us so well in the restaurant and Marcos our usual drinks waiter. Beautiful rooms, cleaned daily. A choice of pools and a good snack bar for lunch. Food in the hotel restaurant was varied, tasty and plentiful for both breakfast and dinner. A very busy restaurant, but not kept waiting long for a table. Food service can be a touch chaotic - sometimes a bit of a wait for crockery, cutlery, glassware and coffee but everything done with a smile. Comfortable beds & a great shower, with plentiful, decent sized bath towels. We were made truly welcome from the start with our arrival greeting from Carolina right through to our checkout by Javier.

We had an incredible time, everything was perfect! From the delicious food to our great hotel room, every detail was exceptional. But the most remarkable aspect was the outstanding staff. They genuinely went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. The interment staff, in particular, stood out. The mini discos and the daytime kids’ club, which became a highlight of our trip, will undoubtedly be cherished as a core memory for our little girl, Maya. A special shout out Joana, one of the entertainment staff. Joana became such a good friend to Maya and made her stay unforgettable! We will 100% be back!

Great hotel. The rooms were fantastic, we had a two bedroom room with lounge area. The pool and gardens are amazing. Hotel is a few mins walk to the beach and restaurants. My daughter loved her trip to see the flamingos, walking distance (20 ish mins) from the hotel. Special mention to Veronica who did a great job at breakfast and with the food truck. Housekeeping also

This is the most amazing hotel in the world (I’ve been to a lot)!! The prinsotel crew is so wonderful and helpful, and Manuel is just an amazing director. The hotel has everything you need for the perfect holidays!! The rooms are so nice, and the pools are so big and perfect for the whole family to spend time at. They have amazing food, both in the Market restaurant with everything you can imagine in the buffet, and in the Piccolo restaurant, and everything is carefully prepared to make our food experience memorable. They have many activites during the day, both for the adult and children, so there is never a boring day at this hotel. This is the second year we are here, and we already planning a new trip next year. We really love this place and I recommend everyone to take a few days at this absolutely perfect hotel.

We have just come back from a wonderful holiday here. Our children (3 and 6) loved the entertainment (thank you Sven and Lena especially!), found loads of food they liked at the excellent buffet breakfast and dinner and enjoyed all of the pools. We were able to relax whilst they played in the water- they have lots of shallow areas and a fun bouncy slide too. Glitter tattoos and t-shirt painting were also a hit, run by the entertainment team. The beach is a very short distance too, and is lovely with sand and no rocks, nice and shallow. We had a suite which was nice and large with a good shower. We will be back!

My family and I had a great stay. Staff were excellent. Carolina from Reception, Jolanda from The Grill and the ladies from the Spa. Except for the chef at the Grill he seemed rude to the waitresses although his food was tasty and one of the Restaurant male managers. He was also rude and dismissive. Facilities were perfect for a young family, grounds were immaculate and the spa is definitely of a 5 star standard. My children loved it and cannot wait to return.

We spent a week at this hotel and the experience exceeded our expectations. First and foremost if you are traveling with kids they are going to have the time of their life they have so many activities and the animation team is amazing (a special shout-out to macarena, Martina, Johanna, sara and Norberto for their amazing job and for going above and beyond to make us enjoy our time at the hotel). The beach near by is very beautiful and the amenities are quite nice. We took the gastronomic plus option and really enjoyed having diner at the listed restaurants picco and the grill. We will definitely come back!
