Been the second time here and can confirm again: In Muro for sure one of the best hotels. a lot happens for kids, daily different food and great breakfast. Around the hotel you can buy whatever you need, all available 3 min walking distance. But things in the supermarkets are very expensive, totally insane in Mallorca. So book better half board in the hotel, were all is included. What I not liked was sometimes the slow service as during eastern the hotel was fully booked out. Will for sure come again!

We had a perfect week at Prinsotel in Mallorca! A huge highlight was the amazing animation team for kids. Our daughters absolutely loved the kids club and the mini disco. Every night was a party for them, and even now at home, they’re still playing the shows and dancing around. Thank you for making our stay so memorable!

Very nice staff, confortable beds, amazing swimming pools. Very clean . Excellent breakfast and I have the best experience. Very cool gardens, the weather was great and I could rest and enjoy Mallorca. Cala Ratjada is such a nice town and the beaches are perfect.

Prinsotel review We’ve really enjoyed a fabulously relaxing multi-generational family week in May at Prinsotel La Dorada. It was on my recommendation we chose this resort - a big call given some had loved another place not far away. It was a great success. The grounds and all buildings newly renovated, beautifully appointed and spotless, with tropical lush planting everywhere. It was lovely arriving to an elegant fountain filled driveway and foyer. We had two different room types - both spacious, one was ground floor with hot tub. Our second floor room 1209 commands spectacular panoramic views of the wetland nature reserve with distant mountain vistas and to-die-for sunsets. We opted for the extra spa element, relaxed in the gorgeous spa each day which has sauna, pools, ice and more. Very happy we chose half board. Everyday the buffets were fresh and abundant for all including our vegetarian and pescatarian family members. We didnt have young kids in our group yet it was lovely to see them enjoying the resort. The biggest benefit though as is always the case in any business is the culture of all staff. Professional, kind, nothing too much trouble. Shout out to Hilde and Rueben, front manager Marissa, director Manuel and the whole team. Thank you so much for bringing our family back together. We will definitely choose Prinsotel La Dorada again.

Our family has been staying at this hotel for many years now, and it truly feels like a second home. The service is consistently excellent, the rooms are always clean and comfortable, and the atmosphere is warm and welcoming. The interior design is tasteful and elegant, creating a relaxing and pleasant environment throughout the hotel. The outdoor areas are absolutely beautiful – from the well-kept gardens to the peaceful terraces, everything is lovingly maintained. We also appreciate how the hotel is continuously improved, with different areas thoughtfully renovated each year. What makes this place truly special is the team. The staff are not only professional and attentive – over time, they’ve become familiar faces we genuinely look forward to seeing. Their warmth and personal attention make every stay something we cherish. We’re already looking forward to our next visit this June! Thank you to the entire team – we can’t recommend this hotel highly enough!

I made a reservation at the hotel and paid the full amount in advance, as confirmed by one of the hotel managers. Everything was arranged and I was expecting a smooth check-in. However, shortly before my scheduled arrival, the reservation was unexpectedly cancelled without any explanation. Despite the cancellation being initiated by the hotel, I have not received any refund. I have tried to reach out multiple times via email, but unfortunately, I have not received any response. This situation is extremely disappointing and unprofessional

The hotel is beautiful – it’s our second year in a row here. Everything was 100% perfect, from the accommodation to the service. The staff is incredibly kind, especially the waiter Marcos, who remembered us from last year and was once again outstanding!

We've returned to our favorite hotel in Mallorca. This year they have a new gym, and we enjoyed the renovated rooms. The new restaurant is great, specially for breakfast. The decoration and atmosphere are wonderful. Each year they surprise us even more, and we're planning our return next year. It's a perfect hotel for children, safe, and well-organized. We want to thank Manuel, the manager, who always makes us feel like at home. The food is simply spectacular, and the kindness of Danny and Marcos at the buffet is the reason we return every year.
