The resort tried to charge me extra money for my kids stay as Trip.com did not communicate 4 people but 2. We showed paperwork as proof and Trip customer service called and it wasn’t enough despite paperwork saying 2 kids and 2 adults. They wanted to charge me another $800 for my kids stay after I already paid. Trip asked I pay and they’d reimburse me but I didn’t trust anyone and it sounded too good to be true. One of these two screwed up and almost ruined my vacation. Hotel “figured it out” and made the problem go away but I don’t know who was at fault. Hotel staff were amazing, location was amazing, food was good for breakfast and crazy expensive for dinners. They tried to stick me in a smoking room and told me they were full, later they found another room for us that was much better. The issues were solved but this was disappointing experience on Iberostar reservations team and trip.com.

This hotel is like the type of clubmed, the food is not bad, suitable for vacation but not suitable for travel. It's full of people with babies. At 8 o'clock in the morning, foreigners take up all the deck chairs by the pool! convinced. And there will be a fee for bringing a baby.

The environment is very good, very close to the sea, the sea is so beautiful, the buffet is also very good, the room we were given was relatively poor, on the first floor, it was close to the garbage station for the first time, and it didn't work when we changed the location, the shower was too small .

The hotel is especially suitable for children. Breakfast and dinner are included in the reservation. Drinks in the bar are free every day, the food is good, and there are many activities

The stars of this hotel are truly the amazing entertainment team. They put on so much for the guests my daughter (three year old) loved the different shows each night and the staff really try to get the kids to engage. The rooms and food are both really good and the kids swimming pool with slides was lovely and fun. The depth of the pool really allows the kids to have a great time. The beach was very clean by the hotel and very safe to play in for kids as it’s shallow very far out. We hired bikes and cycled to Alcúdia old town for the market on a Sunday which was great. Took about 30mins to get there and very easy and safe in the bike lanes. The bikes had child seat options and they provided helmets for all. One negative would be the way they close the pool at 6. One day we were still in the pool and they removed all our belongings which was very strange when we were in the pool still. It’s still daylight and warm so shutting the pool this early seems strange. The mini disco also starting at 5.15 seemed strange. I think moving this later (like many places we have been) would see more kids participate as most still wanted to be in the pool at this time.

The hotel is well-equipped, comfortable, spacious rooms with a nice view. The food was very tasty and there was a large selection. The food in the restaurant was constantly replenished, there was never a shortage of anything. The staff was very nice, smiling and helpful. Special thanks to Ildiko from the restaurant.

Great place for adults and children. We ve been there with 3 and 6yo kids. Really good food, drinks and animations. Clean rooms, beautiful view. Kindly staff- thanks a lot guys for your service! Water in the pool was cold, but we ve been there in the beginning of May.

The hotel is in a very good location and is steps away from a lovely beach . Food is outstanding and plenty of options to chose from . Staff are very hard working and friendly and reception helped in a finding a solution about sleeping arrangements. The negatives Sun beds get very full so you have to get there for just after nine and we had put our towels on bed just after nine and then went to breakfast only to come back with a message on sun bed which did not feel necessary as previous days could not get one by the pool . The junior suite which was shown on brochure looks like twin beds but actually they are so closely put together and not really appropriate for a mother and daughter of 24! We ended up me sleeping in the lounge on a single bed but to be fair reception were very good but have never stayed at a hotel where beds are not separated (twin ). The hotel is definitely not one for couples as it is full of children and noise and had I realized would have gone somewhere quieter. If you have kids it would be highly recommended as there is a lot going on which caters for families. Overall the hotel is definitely a four star .

We struck gold with this hotel - absolutely everything you could want for a young family (we have a 4 y/o and 2 y/o) activities every day, the beach right on site, clean family room and a buffet with something for everyone including my fussy eaters! I was also worried about the food because I have a severe nut allergy however I emailed the manager every evening with what I wanted for breakfast and dinner and they made mine separately! Could not fault the food and took my anxiety away. The only downside is the manager is not always at the restaurant so I had to explain my allergy every mealtime and the person at the door didn’t always understand what I was talking about. But thank you to Jennifer and Anastasia for looking after me, we will be back!

We are big patchwork family from Slovakia. Our children are 3-16years old. And that was the best holiday ever for every member of our big family. Sport animation for teenager, and clear sea and sand and pool with tobogan for children. And we parents can relax and enjoy and look at them. And the foood!!! Food was delicious!! I want to go back.

Visited towards the end of May running into the start of June. Travelled with husband and 2 children, one 3 year old boy and a 5 year old girl. Didn’t book on a package so booked hotel half board for one week. On the second day we upgraded to all inclusive - offered by the hotel at a discounted rate and removed food spend the previous day. This resort ticked a lot of boxes for us. We booked this to truely relax and for the kids to have fun. Food - typical all inclusive however the variety and food quality was very good. Breakfast typical fruit, English breakfast, pancakes, waffles, cereals and omelettes. Lunch - can enjoy the buffet or the food trucks at the sports bar. Both food selection and decent quality. Dinner - another buffet but good quality food - rib eye steak, sea bass, king prawns, lobster, pasta, salads, pizzas the list goes on. If you cannot find something for everyone I would worry. I have had better all inclusive but this was still very good. Kids club - the kids club was very good and went over and above for the kids daily. The staff really show they love there job and the kids love them. So many activities that I haven’t seen at most places. Pool and beach have been great too. All the staff in the hotel were an asset too. Would 100% return!

Beautiful hotel that surprised me in every way positively. This experience was beyond any of my expectations. The stuff was cery helpful, always in good mood. The entertainment team was amazing our kids adored them. There was always something going on and for the kids it was very interesting si that gave us the opportunity to relax as mych as possible. The food was also very good evry time something different. A dreamy beach. Everything you need for the perfect family holiday. Definitely coming back next summer.

I cannot fault anything about this hotel other than the sunbeds. Its quite cramped.around the pool and they introduced after a few days no towels befoe 09.00 ....if eveyone stuck to the rules we would be ok and appreciate the pool area needs to be cleaned etc. Other than than that the staff cannot do enough for you. The food is outstanding and selection amazing, Being vegetarian there are so many options and vegan food labelled and lots of it. The beach is right outside the hotel and is perfect. Clean and the sea has sand banks so it's very shallow for children. We had one of the pool view rooms with a large balance with settee,chairs amd tables, swing and was worth the additional money. If you go star prestige all your drinks and snacks are free from 10.00 to 18 00 which was amazing. We had the fruit platters daily and were perfect between breakfast If you fo star prestige swipe your card in the lift to the 7th floor. Another great thing is the box near the indoor pool where you can pick up kids inflatables, sand castles etc so have a quick look before you buy anything. Entertainment is great for kids, we took our 4 year old Grandson and was plenty for him to do. Thank you to the poolstaff for rescuing the baby blackbird who was saved and reunited with his mum and I was so happy to see their commitment and compassion I would definitely recommend this hotel. ALL of the staff are amazing and do put you first. One tip for the beach, buy a blanket for the sunbeds and umbrellas , they are 8 euros at the market so don't pay over 10 euros...they are great for privacy

I have had the best time. Highly reccomend booking junior suite, huge balcony with sun loungers overlooking the pool with a swing and a tepe tent for the little ones! Food is lovely aswell as nearby restaurants and bars! Loads to do and you can get a bus to get into marina or old town which is about 10 mins ish!
