Good value for money, dinner service with sea food was the top, everybody is nice. Very nice for families, the pool water is warm, close to the beach. 2 Sunbeds and umbrella 21 euro. My kid loved the animation program.

You will have to pay the hotel tourist tax on check in when you stay here at €3.30 a day per person. This is by far, the worst 4* hotel I have stayed in. It is not a 4*, not even close. No gym, no atmosphere, no extras at all. We even had to pay for towels and the safe! We went with TUI which was our first mistake as the on-site TUI rep was extremely rude, she kept rolling her eyes when I told her we got put in a room that is falling apart, the air con broke, the hairdryer didn’t work and it smells like old wet dogs. She couldn’t explain why the hotel was 4*! That says it all really. There was building work going on all around the pool and room making unbearable noise. Dragging sounds all night of chairs and tables. A loud bar directly opposite the room that blasted songs out until midnight. Our room was also on a busy main road. An engineer was called to fix the air con and just walked in the room - my partner was naked and I was in my underwear - he didn’t even leave when he saw us and just walked over to the unit (which he didn’t fix and just shrugged and said the whole hotel is the same). The shower head was filthy, there was no ice box door in the freezer, no drying rack for cups, the soap dispenser in the bathroom didn’t work. They give you a sink and no washing up liquid. Honestly, I could go on and on. The TUI rep didn’t care, just said about moving to an equally awful room that smells just as bad. They were also overcharging for excursions you could get cheaper up the road. This was meant to be a relaxing break but it was anything but - we didn’t sleep at all, we smelled like the horrible room smell. The only thing this hotel had going for it is the fact it is close to a lovely beach, restaurants and there is a shop underneath but there is no way I’d stay in a Grupotel hotel again after this experience, it was absolutely dreadful. Save yourself the stress and stay at any other hotel nearby as they were all lovely (we went to look at them so we could change hotel but they were all booked).
