Lovely holiday in fab hotel. The food was varied and best AI we've had as all the drinks were branded not just cheap local or watered down and they kept opening bottles of prosecco etc not just Cava. Even ice creams were good choice and quality and all just help yourself no waiting or asking. A couple of things in the Hotel could be improved tho. We had a swim up suite and constantly people are unaware it's adults only and restricted to those suites and were constantly using it with children or adults wanting to lone lane swim. Hotel staff were telling them on a daily basis. It needs a big sign saying this. There is a small sign that you can hardly see and is missed. The Rooms should also have an outside number on corresponding to the Bali Bed as they're not lined up and a couple of people just in the week we were there were moaned at for taking the wrong bed. You don't need to feel in the wrong when on a relaxing holiday. The swim up suites should be advertised as aimed at couples,as we went as friends and the see through doors in the toilet and shower were challenging. There is absolutely no privacy in the open plan bathroom. They look very modern but are not very practical, you can hardly squeeze past the bottom of the bed yet there's a huge wasted space within the open plan sinks area. No mirror at or above the dressing table just a wall mounted TV, so when sitting doing hair - because that's where the plug socket is you have to keep going over to the mirror in the bathroom area to check out how it's looking - unless you want to take your own but who does. We were out of the peak season so plenty of tables in the restaurant and never had to wait for food - the trays were always full and fresh and lots of choice. They could designate an area though for families with small children - or an earlier time - as it got so noisy at times with screaming - and I mean screaming - children, who very quickly got bored and started running round. Absolutely stunning safe sandy beach with lifeguards, very shallow walk in and clean. Nice quiet area. Overall an amazing holiday and hotel - with just a few small tweaks could be so much nicer.

I didn’t have enough money to tip all the individuals who work at this hotel so I wanted to take the time to write a review. Everyone from the restaurant staff to the entertainment team were excellent. As well as the people we didn’t see much of, like the cleaning staff who also made our stay so comfortable. My wife, myself and my 2 children (1 & 3 years) came here for a family break and, so, to help other families who may be considering this hotel I thought I’d share the following:- -The food: you’d have to be extremely fussy not to enjoy the food which was always fresh and plentiful. -The rooms: always clean and tidy even after the kids (2 toddlers) had trashed it. Big thanks to the housekeepers. -The mosquitoes: a few but not many which I was surprised about considering is literally next to a marsh. -The drinks: never went thirsty snd enjoyed all of them. -The pools: kids’ pool was fantastic but was slightly too cold in May. Maybe it’s warmer in the heat of the summer. The main pool is considerably warmer but I’m assuming because the water is not pumped around the slides etc. Finally…. The entertainment team: whether there are 2 or 20 people they would always be attentive and enthusiastic. Honestly, not sure how they do it but really fantastic holiday all round. Thank you!

Our stay was fantastic. The staff were so friendly. Hotel was really clean and facilities were great. Lovely food and a really good selection each day. Bar staff were wonderful. We had went for the swim up room which felt really private. Room was plenty big enough for 3 people to stay in. 5 minute walk to beach which had such clear water and no stones.

Best hotel I have stayed at. Staff are polite, kind and very helpful. Hotel is clean and regularly cleansed. Food has a good variety. Rooms are well maintained and good size. Not too overcrowded with pool areas good to bathe in. Would stay again.

Myself and my boyfriend stayed here for 5 nights this October, and well what I can I say? It was a fabulous stay from start to finish! The staff were all wonderful, smiley and helpful. Whether at the bar, in the restaurant or running the evening entertainment they were professional, helpful and just generally lovely people. The entertainment of an evening was fab! Everything from acrobatics, to singers and of course bingo! Great fun to be had every night (not sure about entertainment for the kids as that’s not something we engaged with). The food was great, plenty of choice and variety. Whilst we were here we enjoyed, Aisan, Indian, Mellorcan and Mexican themed nights. Plus there were always the options of pizza/pasta for those of us who are pickier eaters! We stayed in a Junior Suite Swim Up Room (18+ only), and honestly I felt it was well worth the little bit extra. We had access to an adult only pool. The rooms were very clean upon arrival and cleaned daily by the staff. The hotel generally had a lovely feel to it, definitely family friendly and in a lovely area. Quiet, but plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. Best of all it is literally less than 5 minutes walk to the Playa De Muro beach - even in October the water was warm enough for a swim (it’s alright once you’re in, I promise!). All in all a brilliant holiday, would definitely come and stay here again. Get booking!

Beautiful hotel. Spotlessly clean . Room lovely . We had 2 showers and 2 toilets . Excellent for families with young children. Staff really friendly. Food was amazing. Loads of choice. Not so much for teenagers to do in the evening as most entertainment geared towards under 10s . Even do highly recommend. Beach 5 minute walk with beautiful golden sand and clear water that was safe for children. Lifeguard on duty . Excellent!

We’ve just returned from this fabulous hotel and all I can say is WOW! This is the best hotel we’ve ever stayed in. Absolutely beautiful 5* stunning place. Firstly the location is great, just meters away from the lovely little town of Playa De Muro and the beach, but we hardly ventured in as this hotel had everything we needed. The 2 pool areas were fantastic, never too busy and always had sun beds available at any time of the day. Immaculately clean and always the option to either relax or join in with activities such as pool parties, pool basket or pool bingo. The kids area is outstanding. Across the road so a separate area from the main pool and the slides were amazing, for both children and adults 😂 My boys loved both areas. The food, don’t know where to start really!! The buffet restaurant was stunning. A different theme every day. From Mexican, Thai, Spanish to Indian. There was something different every day so it never got boring. The fresh fruit and salad were gorgeous and there was a grill section where you could request fresh fish and meat to be cooked in front of you. Different desserts each day and everything was delicious. Now for the staff. What a friendly, lovely bunch of hardworking people. Nothing was ever a bother to them. The kids animation team, Alex and the team were incredible. They put on some of the best activities I’ve ever experienced around a pool. Circus days, parties and all sorts. Absolutely brilliant with the children and grown ups too! The hotel staff were brilliant, from Elian with his incredible cocktail making to super smiley Omar who was everywhere all of the time. I can’t speak highly enough of the staff. Thank you to all of you 🩷 Our room was beautiful with 2 bathrooms, water available from the coolers whenever we needed it and cleaned daily. Stunning balcony view too. What a perfect holiday, I can’t thank the staff enough for making this a perfect holiday. We will most certainly be back. Thank you 🩷☀️🍹

This hotel is really good for family's. We went with a 4 year old and the children's activity team were amazing- probably the best thing about the hotel. There were activities around the pool everyday, and the mini disco each night before the main entertainment, the staff were so engaging with the children. The pools are great too, and life guards always present. Other positives are the distance from the beach-only a 5 minute walk. Negatives: small rooms, much smaller than expected and our room had quite a foisty smell. Other negative:the food during the day. You have to que to get into the restaurant of you go first thing at 6:30pm on an evening to get into the restaurant and also you are not allowed to take any food or drinks away with you for breakfast or lunch. You have to eat and drink there. Snacks were a bit rubbish- just plain crips and biscuits and ice creams and apples and small old looking bananas- so if you miss Breakfast you have to have this. Breakfast doesn't have much choice, but lunch and evening meals much better quality and more choice. They did have alternative milks too which is great. Surrounding area very average, wouldn't go out of the way to go out on an evening as mainly just souvenir shops with a few average looking bars.

We have just got back from a 4 night stay here and had a lovely time with our 4 year old daughter who begged us not to leave at the end of the holiday. Hotel is in an ideal location, round the corner from a main ***** of shops/bars/restaurants but not as rowdy as neighbouring Alcudia. Hotel: was superbly clean, rooms attended every day. Towels changed daily and lovely staff always cleaning the communal areas. Reception: were helpful and informative. Asked for extra pillows and received before bedtime. The hotel has a QR code information booklet however the QR code is wasn’t working when we arrived but was fixed the next day. This gives access to spa information and a drinks menu but we navigated the rules just fine without it on the first night. Food: was lovely and fresh. Same with all “all inclusive” gets a little repetitive but efforts were made with Chinese night, Spanish night etc. something for everyone as there’s always chips and pizza on offer for fussy eaters. Icecream being available on a help yourself basis from the freezer was a big hit! Drinks are not as strong as they should be but did the job. Pool: there are 3 pools one of which is only for the swim up rooms. Kids pool was excellent and there was always a lounger free even when we spent the morning at the beach (less than 5 mins away) when we got back there was spaces. Entertainment: there was always something to do during the day for our daughter with the entertainment plan in the lobby. T-shirt making was her favourite and if she could go to the mini disco every night at home she would. Team was lovely and brilliant at getting all the kids involved.
