Hotel dinner and breakfast are delicious I like that it is right in front of the sea However, it is a suitable accommodation for families with children. Rather than a honeymoon feeling, it is full of families with children aged around 5 years old.

What a wonderful trip to Mallorca where we stayed at Playa de Muro “Villages” Amenities, staff, location, are all five star. But let’s focus on the food. Instead of the All Inclusive we did the Half Board which provides access to the morning and evening buffet in the big dining hall. You could never imagine the quantity and variety of food served here. The choices are endless. One evening was a seafood extravaganza theme, sushi and all food Asian inspired another night, last night was Italian themed. That’s just dinner. All the fresh fruit, cheeses, meats, and so much more for breakfast. Poached eggs on toast with ham and rocket. Avocado toast. The list goes on forever. The servers are extremely efficient and attentive. We met so many wonderful people - Helena was so personable and professional, we will miss her service. Also there is a fantastic ocean side outdoor dining patio, make sure to reserve in advance and ask for Miguel. So polite, so courteous, he is awesome. The pool options abound, clean and spacious. With clean towel service and abundant chaise lounges. But don’t forget the ocean, crystal clear water that is waist deep for yard and yards and yards, nothing but clean and warm tropical ocean vibes make Iberostar a real paradise.

The greed is not always good. My wife and son had to stay home for a couple of days. The property was booked for HB for all 3 of us. Asked if they can treat me with a FB/all inclusive while they are not here- a strong and unconditional denial. They may be technically right (even though we have not used the 4 meals we paid for) but the approach and attitude were astonishingly upsetting. I mean, I will of course survive, but this attitude is really upsetting. Good luck to the hotel. And - greed is not always good.

Where can I start ? This is the *worst* experience ever I've had in a 5 Stars IBEROSTAR Hotel. Even to my worst enemy I would never recommend this place to stay and relax quietly for vacations with family. To mention few facts...Noisy, impossible to relax and to swim into the main pool. I've never paid 1000 euros per night (suite sea view & half board) to be woken up every morning before 7.30 am (like a normal business day) by the cleaning pool guy with a blower machine (see attachement). Despite the complain at the manager, nothing has been changed during our stay. Back to town, we felt exhausted and very disappointed given the price and the brand (IBEROSTAR). Or by the onsite management team (Manuela) who just denied our complains and never realized the prejudice we were having. Seemed and felt like nobody cared about us, once again, given the price per night. The hotel is not at all worthy of a 5-star rating !!!!! No attention is paid to those seeking peace and quiet. Definitely not worth it to spend some quality and resting time in family there, you are going to get crazy by the noise all over the hotel. Won't recommend it at all. Next !

I went with my elderly parents and took my two toddlers. My wife picked the hotel due to its close proximity to the sea on Muro beach and kids club. None disappointed. We went mid august and the weather was 35c. The kids wanted to be in the pool all day which was fine as the lovely pool was large and kid friendly with natural shade from the large gorgeous trees which are dotted around the hotel. It also has its own kids fun pool with slides and water jets which was soo much fun. We all really enjoyed our stay there, the food was amazing half board especially the bbq at the pool side restaurant that looked over the turquoise Mediterranean Sea. I have to give a personal thanks to Gonzalez and Andreas for being so attentive. Plus the life guard who helped my mum who injured herself at sea. All the staff at the kids/animation team were fantastic. I’d definitely come again, the only let down was the hotel is a bit dated in places, but made up for it in so many other ways. The Somal’s
