Popular Murmansk 4-star Hotels

Отличный современный отель в самом центре Мурманска. Качество уборки отличное ( читала критические отзывы, но, к счастью, они не подтвердились). Прекрасное постельное белье, белоснежные полотенца. С напором воды в душе также все в порядке. Даже наборы для чистки зубов имеются. Ежедневно приносили две бутылки минеральной воды. Но самое главное- это совершенно потрясный завтрак. Могу сказать, что это один из лучших шведских столов за всю мою немалую историю путешествий. Скумбрия, слабосоленая треска, тефтельки, тушеная рыба. Отдельная песня- это русские пироги ( с капустой, картошкой, яблоками). Творожная запеканка, оладушки. Даже суп есть! Качество еды- просто пальчики оближешь. Огромная благодарность всей команде отеля и ресторана ( особенно тому, кто отвечает за выпечку). Я решила, что буду останавливаться в России только в отелях этой сети. Ради такого завтрака стоит поехать в путешествие! Ну и в Мурманск я тоже вернусь и остановлюсь только тут.

That hotel was the worst travel experiance ever! When i came they charged me in Cash for one nigth, even i had a prepaid booking for 2 night. Next they the key card of corse not anymore worked. But the next day i catched a crazy food poison and i wanted to get some medicin and health assistance but they refused to help as they didnt wanted to take the responsibility. At least some coal tabletts i became. Unfortunatly myself could go to any Pharmacy as i cant stay longer than 2min away from any toilet. My Russian friend tried to make them to understand that i serious need medical help. But they refused to call a doctor or ambulance it hast to be by myself. So i called the reception myself and ask for an ambulance. And she seriouslsy forwared me to restaurant. As she didnt understood anything. I called again and explaind i need an ambulace. She sayes ok please wait. 2h, 3h nothing came. My friend asked for late check out they agreed till 4pm. Which i really was glad. As i noticed at 4pm i cant move at all i called after the room mate came the front desk and ask to prolong till tomorrow and they sayed ok its possible. At 6:15pm too ladies came and sayed i need to move out as they need that room. I sayed wait i prolonged which they didnt knew. No idea whats wrong in this hotel but thats no service at all. And you can not ask for the room of the customer in worst condition. There you need to find a harder solution. Is i tried to catch my flight at 19:50 i took a taxi imidiatly as moving arround dont help at all. I booked already a flight for next day as well. which was a waist of money. And now they serious as over my touroperator for a late check out fee. Thats out of this world! Rooms actually would be quiet good but serious below anything i have ever seen!

I had zero problems with the hotel, everything there is very nice. I didn't eat anything, I stayed for one day, my bathroom had a heating floor, which I found really cool. The hotel has lots of rooms and floors, don't worry about it, it's normal! It offers everything that's needed!

Usually I choose network hotels, but the Renaissance was chosen on the recommendation of colleagues. And we never regretted that we stayed in Renaissance! Everything is fine, comfortable and very comfortable. From warm floors in rooms, large bathrooms in rooms ”Comfort”, to delicious home breakfast and a welcome, very kind staff! The feeling that the hotel is thought of every little thing! And a very pleasant bonus in the form of a tea table next to the fireplace is very cool! In the bathroom a beautiful set of facilities, not in every hotel you will meet such! But here exactly travelers can not think that something didn't take with them - here everything is! The only thing is I probably get a little bit out of it, but with the mattress in the 14th room we were not lucky, but in the 2nd it was already much better (Just my feeling that the springs felt very much). Thank you for the warm and so cheerful reception!!!! We will definitely come back!
