The location of the hotel is very good, but the service attitude of the man on the far right of the front desk is poor. When I walked to his counter during check-in, he knocked on his own counter with a dark face and pointed us to the next counter. The carpet in the room was also very dirty, and the bathroom isolation room was also very poor. When I took a shower, water leaked directly into the entire toilet. At 6pm on Valentine's Day, the hotel restaurant said it was fully booked even though there was no one inside. Then we went out to eat. When we came back after dinner, the restaurant was not full at all, and there were still a lot of empty seats. The environment and service of this hotel are really average. There is only one elevator in operation for such a big hotel, but I see many Chinese people staying there, so be prepared if you go there anyway. The front desk clerk looked at us coldly, pointed at the box and asked us to pick it up and put it on the shelf. (put it on the shelf in the luggage room). My suitcase weighed forty pounds.
