The location of the hotel is very good, but the service attitude of the man on the far right of the front desk is poor. When I walked to his counter during check-in, he knocked on his own counter with a dark face and pointed us to the next counter. The carpet in the room was also very dirty, and the bathroom isolation room was also very poor. When I took a shower, water leaked directly into the entire toilet. At 6pm on Valentine's Day, the hotel restaurant said it was fully booked even though there was no one inside. Then we went out to eat. When we came back after dinner, the restaurant was not full at all, and there were still a lot of empty seats. The environment and service of this hotel are really average. There is only one elevator in operation for such a big hotel, but I see many Chinese people staying there, so be prepared if you go there anyway. I feel very comfortable staying here... not as bad as what people say online... it's really nice. There are big windows. There's a big Chris**as tree opposite and McDonald's downstairs. The bathroom and room are very clean. There's a coffee machine. What do you want for this price?

When we, two girls, were checking out of a hotel in Qianyisu, we were storing our luggage at the front desk. The front desk clerk looked at us coldly, pointed at the box and asked us to pick it up and put it on the shelf. (put it on the shelf in the luggage room). My suitcase weighed forty pounds. After I said "can you help me", the male waiter reluctantly helped me put it on the shelf. There was no polite word in the whole service and he only used " Fingers, this hotel has no service at all. It probably hates Chinese people. The whole experience is very bad! !
