Comfort Suites

This is not a good place to stay. Service desk staff lie and aren’t helpful. The room was filthy, food left in the fridge plus it was so loud, microwave had a hole in the door and looked as if someone had blown something up inside, the couch looked as if there was something stained on the cushions, the lamps either needed new bulbs or they were broken and breakfast is a carb fest. I did call to ask about the fridge due to it giving me bad anxiety from the ticking and was told the maintenance would come replace it the next day. The next day I was asked “do you really need a fridge?” I stayed from Friday until Monday. So no fridge or microwave the entire trip. I asked for it to be switched with another room and was told no. I could change rooms but that meant I had to clean the room again which took me 30 minutes upon arrival due to it not being cleaned properly, so I declined that but no type of compensation was offered for this problem either. Breakfast is the typical but never varied: waffles, powdered eggs, biscuits, sausage links, gravy, yogurt, boiled eggs, oatmeal packs, apples, oranges, bagels and bread items. They do have juice and coffee as well. The location is good but there’s a bunch of hotels on that side of town. Not sure how this has a 4.0 after staying.

This was the nicest hotel I’ve stayed at in ages. Huge rooms with super high ceilings which felt very elegant. Spotless rooms and bathrooms. Clean, comfy beds, excellent continental breakfast, super friendly staff. Seriously. If you’re on the road in Mufreesboro, TN, this should be your stop!!!

We stayed here during the TWHNC and had a great experience here! The hotel was very clean and updated. The staff were very friendly. The location is great. The room was very pretty, quiet, and comfortable. The hot tub was fantastic - so relaxing! The only reason for the 4 star was that the breakfast wasn’t SUPER tasty but it wasn’t terrible either. Will definitely be staying here again when in the area!

We arrived here late at night. Front desk receptionist was extremely kind and helpful. The rooms was big and I couldn’t believe the great price for such a big room! Hallways smelled amazing! Free breakfast. Very clean and felt very safe being there with my family. Definitely would stay there again. Thank you :)

In an area with a lot of not great options, comfort suites was a welcome relief. It was very clean, even the hallways. The rooms were spacious and updated. The hot breakfast had plenty of options. The lemon water was greatly appreciated in the lobby. The hot tub was very nice. They had a nice tea selection at their coffee bar. Interestingly enough, the pool is outdoor while the hot tub is inside, so we didn't get to swim, but we did enjoy the hot tub. I feel like most comfort inns have gone downhill, but this comfort suites was great.

We traveled with a sports team for an event and many of us stayed in this hotel. We stayed for three nights and paid well over $500. While we were there I tried many times to contact the front desk with my concerns, but nobody would answer. There was only one person working at a time and they were overwhelmed. I finally reached someone and was told the manager would not be there until after I had left, so I was put through to his voicemail. However, it was FULL so I could not even leave a message. I emailed him and it has been 5 days not with no response. There were so many problems besides the fact that it simply was absolutely filthy. Only one elevator worked and it was incredibly slow. The other was broken. We booked this hotel in order to have a washing machine, but it was broken. We had to go find a laundromat to wash the uniforms. Many of the rooms had similar issues, but I will just write about mine. There was food crumbs on the floor, long black hairs on the sheets, white substance splattered on the curtains, holes in the desk chair, toilet paper shoved into a hole on the wall by the lightswitch, food residue and crumbs in and around the refrigerator, the coffeemaker was broken, the hairdryer kept falling off the wall, the toilet leaked, and the bathtub was dirty.....so dirty that dirt ran down the drain when we first turned it on. The workout room was truly filthy. There were hairballs in the corners and mold. The equipment was so dirty you could write on it. There were food crumbs all over. The water cooler was broken and only lukewarm water came out. The treadmill belt was splitting down the middle and separating. A large piece of it fell off while I was on it. It truly is a hazard and someone is going to likely get hurt. I have documented pictures of everything, but I am having a hard time getting them to load. I am at a loss at to what to do.....we spent so much and I want a refund! It was a horrible experience!
