Five stars It was quiet and peaceful. The staff was very generous. Rooms was clean an maintained. I would stay again with no complaints.

It was a nice, friendly staff, and right in town.

Beware…. Low standards We booked a king room. Arrived at motel, electrical issues, do they ‘upgraded’ us to a. Double queen room?? And it was horrible. Smelled bad, beds looked as if they were not changed. Had dirt and hair on them. Floors were disgustingly dirty had to wear shoes the whole time. We were given 1 towel set for 2 people. They were badly stained and tattered. Room was only checked once by a guy that knocked, we were still resting due to late night, and the guy opened to door on us! No fresh towels, we had to take our own trash out! As the only place to stay in town, we had to deal with it. Returned the next night to room, it smelled so bad of ****! We had to buy an air freshener! We come to town for a festival each year, and sadly, we will make reservations at the next town 30 mins away next year! This place is very ran down since last year when we stayed. Needs new sheets, towels, cleaning people that care! They need to do better! We do not recommend!

I like that the property was located closely to the university. It was an extremely convenient location. I did not like the staff experience that i encountered upon arrival. He was not welcoming. He presented a room that was not cleaned. The linen was not clean and had cigarette burns on it. The bathroom was filthy and he declined to clean initially. My family and i went to the Dollar Tree on Main Street to purchase our own cleaning products. Once night came, the facilty has a large watchdog that is extremely big and intimdating. He barks extremely loud. It interrupts the peace. We checked out early as a result of our terrible experience.

Very nice staff. Room was cleaning and small . But great price. Unfortunately bed was horrible
